Hey guys, what is your go to for breakfast?
I eat this every single day right after morning fasted cardio.
Prior to cardio I drink one liter of water with 1/2-3/4 Celtic sea salt it is a great one with 40 %natural potassium.
5 drops of Nascent iodine
4 drops of potassium iodide.
Then cardio typically a walk around my farm, check my game cams and I have a plethora of trails and valleys on our land keeps me going for 40 minutes minimum without going back on same trail.
Big chunk of deer moose elk Turkey and bear filled land.
Love it.
My meal.
Meat is either beef, elk or deer.
Eggs are all from my farm free range organic, mi do my best to eat organic or as little chemicals as possible for my food choices.
6 free range large eggs
1 cup of pork and beans in molasses
1 spear of pineapple fresh six inch long by 1.5 inch square
250 grams of red meat.
3/4 cup of cottage cheese or yogurt
500-1000 mg Berberine
Omega 3 high in epa dha
3000 iu vitamin d
2 digestive enzymes either betaine hcg or
Allmax digestive enzymes mixture
No water for half hour before or 45 mins post meal.
It’s a lot and took me awhile to get up to tgst but now I eat it with ease and am hungry not too long later again.
I put a lot of work into my my digestive area.
Then another meal or two prior to workout.
Then preworkout is methylene blue at 30-40 mg one and half hour per work and then a shake with citruline , glycerin and a few other goodies mixed in and one banana.
Post work and rest of day is a plethora of other mixed foods.
