Overloaded delivery companies and not receiving orders

Hey everyone,

We are all feeling the effects from the CP strike. Regardless of what side you're on, we know everything is screwy backed up now between Fed-ex, purolater, and all the sub carriers. I've had some guys email me personally and through the board about orders about people (them included) aren't receiving orders from delivery companies - the whole infrastructure is failing from overload.

Please remember that the reps and labs you contact have no control over this. If you've received your tracking numbers (I sure hope you do), follow up with your shipper. Ensure communication between the lab and yourself is well documented in case shit gets lost and traces need to be done. Please don't assume anything. Unfortunately, some packages are going to be lost (one of mine is in who knows where...and yah it's purolator) and people are going to be out of their hard-earned money.

Just want people all on the same page here.

Good write up, there's always risk when ordering for delivery.
