  1. Gh+igf+test. I honestly believe real gh and igf is what seperates most lifters from pros. My body composition totally changed with the inclusion of gh and igf.

  6. Interesting. good read. Winny dries me out and gives me joint pain. Also spikes me liver enzymes.. Anavar does not give me joint pain..just crazy pumps..liver only get slightly elevated on bloods.

  14. Yeah I agree with Talon, the last while I work out fasted. Always some caffeine before tho. Bcaas or eaa’s sometimes during but not very often, all depends if I work night shift and get up in the afternoon I’ll head to gym with the pre/intra. But mornings when I’m off always empty stomach and caffeine.

  16. Fantastic presentation and I can say what's on the inside matches the quality of the exterior ? T-prop is my favorite but in the past with other labs it was commonly just too painful to run . ZERO PIP with any of the CanMed products ? Only great things to say about these guys .

  18. Well keep the dose low to moderate, work on the diet and cardio. Since you hold a high body fat, it indicates that your insulin is storing your carbs at a fast rate than a skinny guy. A high fat diet is best for someone with higher bodyfat, but if you do a low fat diet keep a eye on low glycemic foods only. If your still having problem I will be having a banner up soon on the site, as I do diets for members over the past couple of years online.

  19. good read,conflicting news as this has been debated for years since i was on PM. Some people said t4,some went to t3 at 25mcg. I personally have been on t3 for 5 years now and no complaints. I am not sure if any of you remember a fellow named DatBtrue . Greatest guy to exist who offered actual information
