  1. I’m definitely in this boat, but as everyone here has stated, you need to try it for yourself and get bloods to dial things in. I can’t for the life of me find my ‘sweet spot’ with aromasin. The ‘suicide inhibitor’ namesake rings true for my system. When I started running adex I found I had much more control over my levels. I’m at the point where I can almost go by feel with adex. Now I’m simply sticking with it. It would be a sweeping statement to say that one is unequivocally better than the other, on either side of the scale. To each their own!

  2. Look at your water intake/mineral intake/carb intake etc... perhaps (and only if) you’re able to get blood work watch your estrogen and add a small dose of an AI. I will say this however, if your overall goal is fat loss - don’t stress about a slight film of water retention. Water retention does not affect your ability to lose body fat.

  3. If you still have high prolactin levels on your next blood test and you want to bring it down a notch, I would suggest you get on B6 + Ashwaganda. I had high prolactin levels not long ago and those two fixed it. Cheers!

  4. My 2 cents, try 100mg every 4 days, that's what i do with enanthate. The water will be with you the first couple weeks, then if you're careful with diet (lower sodium), it shouldn't be too bad for water. Then there's the whole issue of spiking or raised estrogen levels because of the test. You have your e2 under control? If not, that's probably the main cause of the water bloat.

  5. Get another test. You can't go off one test. I got a test once that had my triglycerides 4x the top end but my HDL was optimal and my LDL was good. My doc flipped and I had to explain I ate 1lb of ground beef 3 hours before the test.. Taking the test fasted I had good triglycerides, no elevation. If you took the test within an hour or two of ejaculation as well your prolactin would be very elevated.
