  1. Hi First all I want to say that this is an awesome forum!! Anyways I will be logging my prep for my two shows that I will be doing this year. In 2018 I was able to win the provincial men’s physique overall. So for this year I would like to do just as well! I will be starting my prep at the end of March. Current stats are 5’4” 167lbs 14% bf macros right now are 600 carbs, 180 protein and 90 fat I asked for advice here on the forums and the responses I got were the best so thank you for that. I will be running test enth, tren, masteron, winstrol, and maybe halo closer to the show, also switching esters closer to the show. Here are a couple of current pics and I will be keeping up on the log as soon as I start prep.

  2. Hi guys new to this forum and trying to follow the proper etiquette! More experienced with sarms and just trying to learn more about the real aas side of things before jumping in without knowing everything needed. Hope I don't break any rules and glad to hear from experienced people. I'm over 40 so I figured start learning about TRT. Thanks for taking the time to read this!

Hi Guys - I write this in the AAS for a good reason I find something that work for me and it is not hard on the liver I use to take accutane on cycle but with orals ( Anadrol) I decided to not try my luck! for my test I run the anadrol 2 weeks and I did have back acne starting then I start Now supplement L-Lysine double Strength 1000MG one at night and one in the morning it as make a big difference my skin is less oily pimple down to 80%, I find this trick in mayo clinic research department I will now increase to 3000MG ( the maximum dose) and see if it make it better but so far I am extremely happy it cheap as dirt and not bad for the liver ? it work for me hope it does the same for you!

  4. I just started a tren/mast/test cycle myself. Love fucking love tren too. I'm a raging hard on when I run it. Awesome. I got some serious tennis elbow on it last year. I believe tren dries out the joints. Do your physio and supplement accordingly.

  6. 50mg zinc before bed took care of my back acne, now I run it year round everyday and i never get acne anymore from cycles.

  7. Just a update for my prep. I’ve started on 400mg of test per week on March 4. I will introduce 200mg of tren e on april 8 and run it for 5-6 weeks. My macros are currently 200 protein 400 carbs and 50 fat. Last week I’ve started cardio 3x per week at 20mins. This prep will be the shortest prep I’ve done. I’ll keep everyone posted. Here is my current physique.
