  2. Deadlift day is the best day! So, this week hasn't gone quite as planned and honestly its ok. I was planning on pulling Tuesday. I have had a ton of life stress as most of us do, been one thing after another. I haven't been sleeping, started drinking. Nothing too serious few beers after work or a couple rum/dr.peppers. But, this is out of the norm for myself. I went in tired as fuck Tuesday maybe 2 hours sleep and tried pulling. I made it to 405 and couldn't even get the damn thing off the floor. At this point I kinda just laughed and went home. I rested for the day, took Wednesday off as well and came back today and just made deads my bitch! 1. Deads: 80%, programmed for top set of 8 and hit 9 for a rep pr 2. Pendelay row: top set 405x3, then dropped to 225 for AMRAP (death) 3. Lat pulldown: 5x20 4: Hammer Row: 3x12 5: Barbell upright row: 5x15 I am not going to bullshit anyone on here, lifes fucking hard sometimes. Everything is not perfect. Work, life, relationships, friends etc all can get stressful. Sometimes I get depressed, don't feel like lifting, want to quit etc. People need to realize that the vision people put out there on social media is their BEST vision of them. Fuck that, I struggle daily with a lot of things. I am no where near perfect. I fuck up lots. Thank fuck for my girlfriend. She knows when to kick my ass into gear and when to settle me down. That is key to anything I believe. Having that partner you trust to have your best interests at heart even when you don't! Thanks for following me on this journey to nationals, sorry for the little rant here. Might happen time to time. Whatever it is you do, do it with passion and kick life right in the damn dick!! Happy easter everyone.

  3. have you read the rules?lab has every right to not deal with anyone. If they dont seem you safe, then any lab out of their right mind wouldnt deal with you. Asking for ID is perfectly fine by a lab,how else will they know if you are a LE or not?you sound like youre totally new and im sure no lab will ever deal with you due to your immaturity. Safety is paramount,i applaud all labs who choose security over a quick sale. As for the email questions,it says right in the first thread what there correct email is,did you bother reading to see which is the correct emails?if so,then why are you complainig?i do hope you realize you are making your case worse by making a public post and about a labs decision to choose security over making a quick buck. Try reading and learning before you go blasting someone and making yourself look childish

  4. Week 1 Day 1: Comp bench 1. Bench: top set 8 reps @80% 2. Close grip bench against chains: worked up to a top double of 315 + 80lbs in chains 3. Chest Press: 3 sets 15/12/failure + drop set. My last drop I took form Seth Feroce. Ill goto failure, drop the weight in half and double my reps. I like this because if I'm having a shit day and say failure I might only do 5-6 extra. This way I have a number in mind and I don't stop till I get it. 4. Lat pulldown: 3 sets 15/12/failure +drop 5a. rope facepulls 5b. vbar pressdowns 5c. db curls 5 sets 15-20 reps Today was a really good session, zero elbow pain finally. Im finally actually eating. Anyone who knows me, knows that I am not a big eater. I do about 20-30 min cardio every training day as well as core work. As for my PED use. As of right now I am only taking sus 350, 2x per week at 1.5cc per day. Nothing too intense. I will be adding in some other things in the coming weeks. I try not to get too crazy. If your taking quality gear the amount doesn't need to be insane.
