  1. 25mg. Everyone's different. I didn't really have numb hands all day till after six months continuous usage. As well, no real standards in the underground. I've had two separate labs mk677, both same mg on the packet, but one was far superior to the other. FYI, neither labs are sponsors here.

  2. No-Bake Chocolate Almond Protein Truffle Ingredients: ¼ cup MTS Whey Iso Chocolate (or flavor of your choice) ½ cup Ground Almonds 2 tbs. Coconut Flour ¼ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk 1 tbs. Peanut Butter ¼ cup Dark Chocolate Chips Instructions: Combine your ground almonds and protein in a bowl and mix together. Add the remaining ingredients and mix together until all ingredients are mixed together. The dough will be a little sticky. If it's too wet or too sticky add a little more flour. Form the dough into small truffle balls and place on a plate or baking pan lined with wax or parchment paper. The dough will make approximately 7-8 truffle balls. Put your plate of balls to the side for the time being. Melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler. Drizzle the melted dark chocolate on top of your truffle balls, covering the top half of the candies. Place your tray in the freezer for approximately an hour to allow the candies to harden up. If you'd rather the truffles be soft and cold and not have a hard, crunchy texture you can also place them in the refrigerator. Place a protein truffle in your mouth and enjoy! Macronutrient Profile This macronutrient profile is for the entire batch: Calories: 865 Fats: 56 grams Carbohydrates: 72 grams Protein: 50 grams Macronutrient profile for each truffle (if divided into 8): Calories: 108 Fat: 7 grams Carbohydrates: 9 grams Protein: 6.25 grams The Truffle Shuffle At just over 100 calories these protein-packed truffles don't break the macro-bank and allow you to indulge in a delicious, chocolate treat. 3. @Guardian Dispensaries Thanks mate. The wife and I have started getting up extra early so we can put in a good power walk before breakfast and also with everything I read regarding pinning fasted I figured it would be a good habit to get into anyway. Now that I'm feeling a lot more my old self, still being a bit cautious not to overdo it as I've already put myself on the bench for a day once by pushing things too hard. But hey, how do you find the boundaries to break later anyway right lol... @Nissan Ya that's definitely a huge issue as is obvious with even the tiniest bit of research. No matter what source that you see mentioned out in the wild, if you look deeply enough, you'll find people with neg reviews about getting bunk product. Makes it hard for sure. Thanks for taking the time to contribute your thoughts friends, it is much appreciated.

  4. I tired out Frag once, that shit turned out to be bunk (it was tested)! They sent me replacements, that shit did not do anything noticeable either! So Im not sure that if the second batch was also bunk or maybe just Frag is not that an awesome of a compound!
