  1. @eightyeight14 I have to agree with @BodyTechPharma you would stand to benefit from hiring a coach. Problem with taking advice from many pros and Vets is sometimes we as bodybuilders give our own experience and anecdotal evidence, or in some unfortunate cases people may mislead you to try and keep the edge. Find a coach that understands how the compounds work, why they work, and what they do. If you really can't afford a coach then take a gear break and do some extra research. Take the time to study what you're taking. These are powerful compounds and they can alter you and do damage if done wrong. I'm sure I'm beating the dead horse with this, but health is first brother, this is not about speed it's about sustainability and keeping yourself able to do this for a very long time.

  2. Take care of yourself, some doctors can be a blessing and be very helpful.. others not so much. But at the end of the day they can probably lend a helping hand to you. And again, in terms of the source there are many different options out there, and as @Vortex mentioned there are also different carrier oils. So don't think this will be your experience with every lab out there.

  3. Thanks gents, I will give those supps a shot, and continue to eat buckets of grapefruit! I give blood regularly as well, as often as I can. I'm O neg, so I kinda consider it a public service anyway.

  4. I just want to leave a reply in this thread in case others come searching for it, or have questions about it - just because we had a little conversation about this in the talk box. Sometimes (not all the time) a reduction in iron can lead to improvements in your hematocrit. Also worth noting as an aside, AAS increase hemoglobin which in turn is going to increase hematocrit. Hydration should be number 1, as levels of dehydration can impact this. Second, I'd elevate your dietary choices to make sure you're not consuming a fair amount of iron containing foods (just a quick note, a LOT of bodybuilding foods are high in iron). Third start looking at supplements to help control iron, I have seen a difference in my own blood work and those of my clients. Some of these supplements would be Curcumin (amazing supplement that everyone should be using for multiple reasons), Green Tea Extract - but nothing will beat IP6 - this form of inositol is the BEST Iron chelator and its CHEAP - so go do some research on it, and get it!

  5. I’ve never even considered tren. It’s not needed for my goals. Honestly, my physique was built on hard training, chicken and rice... and lots of testosterone

  6. Thank you for the shoutout sir! @eightyeight14 shoot me a PM if you'd like to discuss anything, even just to help you lay something out a little better. Or we can even discuss it in this thread thats cool too. As the first thing I see is not much (slight) mention of what you're consuming, there isn't a mention of the type of training you're doing or what the intensity is like, etc... While gear can be an important factor in what we're trying to accomplish.. its the smallest piece of the puzzle my friend.

  7. I'm not going to get into what I think you should or shouldn't do, thats up to you. BUT have you ever considered hiring a coach to point you in the right direction and manage everything a little better? Remember, this is a MARATHON not a sprint, assume the risk but take care of yourself too!

  8. Understood, would it be too much in the future, say like 6 months or so after this cycle is compelete? the thing is I’d rather steer clear of most other things due to hairline or bloat sides or aromatization. So not very much planning on things like deca, dbol etc unless you had some good input on the matter?

  12. I've personally never gotten the heart burn, but my soldier tends to jump to attention far more often than her should when I run even a low dose of cialis. Great pumps, great humps, but awkward tucking and unintentional pointing.
