  3. I run lgd all the time and I actually really like it. Get close to results as I would of a light blast of say test e at 2-400 mg per week obviously without the good feeling of being on test. But I get good gains and strength goes up. But in my opinion lgd has worked well for me. I take 10mg on training days in the am and 5 on off days. Run for about 10 weeks. I wouldn’t waste it and run it with test though as you won’t see anything different.

  4. I agree with vortex, one is not necessarily better than the other - they both have their good and bad points. and what you describe can be done with either or. Concentrate more on the eccentric portion of the lift, time under tension, add more volume while lower the intensity slightly - and just all around make sure to structure your workout and training program to allow adequate recovery.

  5. Good job man, you're coming along T3 will not eat you alive Taper up and taper down You'll feel next to no sides, doesn't mean it isn't working I'm not a big fan of sarms, I am more of a peptide+hgh guy If you're ever looking for a fat loss cycle with peptides, I can definitely help But rad is known to shut people down, as does lgd at higher dosages

  6. if you can get bloodwork done,we will offer you free item+ cover your test there are set conditions prior to doing this and we will only deal with a member who has a rep and is vetted we will speak to every staff here prior to proceeding with any member We are extremely confident in our items and we want to prove our point that buying more expensive gear doesnt make it better, its a marketing tactic used by lab reps/owners to boost sales We dont see the need to over charge people because we all work extremely hard for our money We also give major discounts on members who can do logs, not just a review but actually a log. For example,if you have never done tren base and simply want to log it,by all means please contact us Or if you are about to do a 16 week cycle and can do detailed logs,we will offer a discount and/or throw in freebies

  7. I think this GP is "challenged". I have an office job - basically sit on my ass all day - and if I have an errand to run here and there and go for a short walk to the sandwich shop at lunch, my smart watch tells me I can easily walk more than 10k per day. Walking 10k per day is not a big deal unless there's another reason for this. See a sports doc, they should be able to help much more than a GP. A GP once told my brother "You do realize of course, that as soon as you stop lifting weights, all your muscle will turn to fat." He laughed and said "You're fired."

  8. I have a home gym, so I'll often lift in my bathrobe/dressing gown, lol. The only real item of gym clothing I wear are Asics MatFlex 4s. They feel pretty close to barefoot, but with good stability/grip.
