  1. Since you've been suffering from low T for years why are you not pursuing an actual prescription? While I think you can get great advice on forums I never think its a substitute for a doctor. The problem isn't Low Testosterone the problem is crashed E2, which just a heads up can be just as detrimental to your libido as low T. So at this point if you're experiencing any hormonal issues its actually going to be tough to diagnose. What I'm telling you is to stop experimenting and seek medical advice. So yes come off, because you don't know what you're doing. That obvious from what you've done with E2. The potential of messing more things up by playing around with hormones is great. So take some time off, perhaps do a pct if you want, follow up with a doctor - pursue an endocrinologist if you have to (that would be the best option).

  2. I like to look at it like this, if you never used it before but have used other orals , you know your body well enough to know if things start going negatively, give it a shot. your body might respond well and it be a great addition.

  3. I have ran it a couple times and never had a “bad” experience with it. Always increased my strength to a reasonable level , gave me some decent size as well. The downfalls I found were it always suppressed my appetite, made me feel shitty and sluggish almost. There’s 4-5 other orals I prefer over superdrol but that’s just my take and input.

  4. i found when i tried superdrol, i had a lot of water retentions, gained about 13lbs, and added 30-50lbs on my lifts, then found it was a little to harsh for me the longer i ran it, started losing appetite, felt nauseous, and so on and decided to drop it, id prefer tbol/var over but thats just from my experience, but now i try to avoid orals as much as possible unless i absolutely have to Attached Files

Went on a long slow run today and have to say I can tel the joints are drier than normal yoooouch it hurt got 6.5 k done in 35 min but I assure you my elbows neck and knees were screaming as were my kidneys. I am going to dial back the ling runs and keep it slower pace and shorter distance as this tren is telling me NO. Sleep i forget what that is I fall asleep at 9pm and wake up at midnight then may fall back asleep around 4 am till 8. Thank God im retired

You remind me a lot of me, them shoulders are beautiful no homo , very few people know how to make the posterior deltoid pop, it makes me wanna post my old pix for a little competition hahaha. My ass is 265lbs right now and flipping FATTTTT I don't know how much leaner you wanna get, but I'm tuned in. Past 8% bf it's frickin hard to maintain that shit. 10-12% is maintainable all year long unless you're in competition mode and getting paid Your deads are proper numbers! Respect! For that alone I am following for sure! Keto ey, I once made it my lifestyle (a looong time ago) but to be quite frank, I don't have the willpower no more, my wife last year was doing keto, I just enjoyed her keto sugar free cakes lol... you have to live it and keep it all year long while avoiding social life, it's impossible otherwise from pressure of regular carb eating folks. I personally got peeled shredded with glute striations on a shit ton of carbs (I am talking 400g a day) BUT I was lifting mad and doing cardio every morning those days. I think KETO is just too hard to maintain unless you make it your life, it's more of a quick fat loss solution. I can't even be bothered anymore. So hat off to you. One thing I promise you though, anytime you cut, diet or do keto, the moment you rebound on eating carbs (while still training) you blow up in size and fullness. That I loved. Quick tip on how to go keto fast lol, a bit of humalog insulin. ALA and cardio. You'll be sweating and going hypo in no time

Eat about 7 sugar free diabetic chocolate turtles. lol i been having the same poop issues while being on this keto diet! I ordered some fiberlyze from species nutrition to add to my nightly shake. Can’t get here fast enough. But now that I think about it, some greasy fried foods sound amazing for this weeks cheat meal. I was thinking a chili cheese burger, with a side of fried couliflower, with extra thick French toast sandwiches between 2 fluffy Belgian waffles with extra whipped cream and about half gallon of real amber maple syrup. With a root beer float to wash it down with. Yeaaa. I think that will be my cheat meal. Sounds about 5k cals if I do it right. glad you’re feeling better bro. You’re on a bunch of compounds that are drying you out, which will effect the bowels. So be careful with certain laxatives, as they draw fluid from your body into your bowels to aid the pooping process. Could end up in some dehydration issues. Some fiber powder will take care of it. Fiberlyze isn’t cheap, but I’ve found it to be super smooth and non crampy, so I prefer it. once you’re out of these little set backs that the superdrol caused and now the pooping issue are out of the way, you’ll be back to some epic workouts and progress in no time. Sometimes the body has a weird way of telling you to take it easy for a bit, and I think this being a deload week for you is just what the doctor ordered!

  9. Ok, day one. i know my body well and the best way to get into ketosis as quick as possible as this is not my first rodeo. I did fast until 4pm today, with my last meal yesterday being at midnight. So I know my macros won’t hit the mark today, but that’s ok. broke fast at 4pm with a shake with 1scoop whey, 2 raw eggs, and 2tbsp of MCT oil. Brings it to 36g protein, 40g fat and 4g carbs. Brings it to 500 cals. meal 1. 6oz beef stew meat, 1 cup riced cauliflower, 2tbsp fresh salsa. 35g protein, 20g fat, 4 carbs. I’m guessing right around the 500 cal mark workout dumbell lateral raises 25x12 30x12 35x12 40x10 45x10 50x8 with a drop set of 35x10 wide grip cable high rows 70x12 100x12 130x12 150x10 180x8 with drop set 100x12 seated dumbell shoulder press 70x12 90x12 110x10 130x8 with drop set 90x8 bent over rear delt raises 30x12 40x12 45x12 55x8 60x4 full reps with partials til failure did some range of motion work with some bands last exercise was burn out on shoulder press machine 100lbs til failure post workout nutrition was the same shake stated above. scale said 240 this morning when I woke up. I will probably have another big meal and a few snacks to hit at least 250 protein. Not too worried about calories and fat intake today or tomorrow. I’ll be able to fine tune all of that once my body goes into ketosis Post workout pic, and starting pic of the diet change

  11. It’s been a 11 weeks blood test confirmed my e2 is still crashed! my joints hurt so bad I couldn’t even finish my leg day after my top set of 150 front squat for 50 reps! Hip felt like it was gonna break I woke up and my joints are so dry! someone recommended hcg but wouldn’t my e2 just drop off after stopping it? I’d rAther just raise my test dose? I hear prop dosent aromatizE as hard
