  3. Easiest way if you're new would be reconstitute with 1ml which equals 100iu on a basic 1 ml/100unit Insulin syringe. This would equal 1iu if hgh per 10iu draw assuming your hgh vials are 10 units each. If you want less volume, then use 0.5ml Bac water to reconstitute. And 5iu draw on the slin pin would give you 1iu hgh. Hope this helps and isn't to confusing

  5. Clen, at least in me and from what I’ve read in studies generally will lower diastolic. But shit, when you heads banging and your hearts racing it sure does feel like it. Anything over 100 for me is to much too. Especially if it’s vet grade/human grade/or BT. love the log man. Def following along. You got a whacky back man. Respect.

  7. I’ve been playing the gear game for a long time. Using BT is always a great choice. My blood work is on par and I always get great or even better than expected results. Sadly I’ve been natty (trt 125mg) for far to long. Still holding some gains. Down from 256 to 220. But stay tuned, I’ll be logging a thorough “comeback” cycle with all BT products ASAP. My poor legs oh well.. Let’s get F’n huge!! And of course a big shout out to the folks at BT. Total “gamechanger”

  8. Been a min since my last update. I did end up pulling the frozen berries from meal 2 this past week. Next week I am considering dropping the nut butter to 10g from 20g and then eventually pulling it all together. Another option I might implement later to drop calories even lower is to edit meal 1 to 2 slices of bread and 1 egg. Will see what direction things move. "Things" have kicked in fully as arm and lower leg vascularity is just silly right now. Im not really lean enough in other places to get it popping though. Oddly I have a few veins showing in my glutes. I did add 100mcg of T4 this week and noticed my energy has improved a fair amount. I may go to 150mcg next week. A full "replacement" dose based on my bodyweight would be around 200mcg. No night sweats, no insomnia, no silly rage, but some nice strength gains on my leg and pull days. Still sitting at 109kg...which makes 100kg feel pretty far away. Ill post update photos end of month for comparison.
