  1. Im going to assume OP went with option A and is now a new IFBB Pro at 18 years old. Jokes aside, you don't need much on a first run (assuming your of the age and development level to handle it). I am on the flip side though a would say 300mg of Test C paired with 300mg of Primo and you will see some pretty amazing changes if your training and diet are on point. You also wont need an AI at 300mg test unless you are very unlucky (so have one on hand) Pre, mid and post bloodwork if you can so you can properly manage your continued use of gear in the future without destroying your health.

  6. It was a good show. Ian deserved the win. Hassan's flow was just not there and his waist control was pretty off. I almost had Ross in second and am looking forward to seeing what he does with the balance of the year. That said, I don't think I see Ian in the top 10 at the Olympia again anytime soon.

  10. At 200mg I don't see an issue with hitting the beach. Just keep hydrated (maybe sipping on a nice yetti filled with ice, EAA and electrolytes) to be safe. If you start to feel to warm (heat exhaustion level) then I would bail and hit the AC in your car.
  11. At 200mg I normally go around 21 days. My max was a month, but that in all honesty was too long. Random side note, one of the lesser talked about effects of DNP is its effect on your insulin sensitivity (for the better). Just thought I would throw that out there for giggles.
  12. How much DNP are running/planning to run? I have actually found for myself I do the best on a simple 200mg ED as I can still train and function but the added energy expenditure it provides really moves things along.
  13. Everyone is nervous the first time. Being relaxed actually helps for better technique as well. I did quads my first cycle and I don't recommend it. Depending on what your cycle will consist of (total volume per shot) I recommend glues or delts. <1ml delts. >1ml glutes. If your doing a low dose test run for your first go you can even use a slin pin and go shallow IM in your delts (assuming your not fat) SpotInjections.com

  15. I don't think she will be needing any test or PCT protocols. I think you will like the torch and 20mg var is a decent top end female dose. The yohimbine in there will also work some magic if you are taking it fasted pre-cardio.

  20. 2 weeks in and a total drop of 3kg since starting which is a win more or less. No major changes except I am adding 5mg of yohimbine HCL pre morning walk that I will titrate up to 10-15mg over time. AM body temp is stable just shy of 37C so I will hold off on the T3 for now until it either drops or my weight loss hits a wall that a small carb cut cant fix. BP still slightly high but nothing crazy considering. FBG consistent around 4.5. Sleep is OK (waking up to feed the baby aside) but every time I wake up through the night I am rock hard, which sounds great but makes a 3am pee very complicated. Next check in is this Saturday and depending on the results I will make some small tweaks.
  21. 1 week in. Feeling good. Waking up every 2-3 hours to feed the baby is wrecking my sleep though lol. Nothing to really update on as its too early other then that I added 10mg cardarine to my stack this go for my lipids. No "fat burners" at this point in time. Saving those for later. BP slightly up (130/90) so will be keeping an eye on that. Slight night sweats last night, but nothing crazy. Will be monitoring my thyroid for the next week to see if adding in a HRT+ dose of T3/T4 is advised. Faster BG was 4.5 so I am good there.
