Old thread but wondering how you made out? For IM Oil I always did glutes, quads, delts. Hitting a nerve in the quads does happen and it sucks. I have done slin pins with IGF-Des in bi's and calves without issue. Now, Im pretty lazy and do my TRT dose (0.3cc) with a slin pin via glute. 1 or 2 days of a sore little bump but after that all good. Pretty sure it would suck with >1cc though.

It might sound lame, but grilled cheese for this cat all the way. (real cheese, not that plastic wrapped sliced imposter, lol) Throw in some onions or jalapeños and you have a win.

Early Morning vs Afternoon Training
topic replied to Ryujiin's MadMaverick717 in Bodybuilding and Training Talk
For me it comes down to the gym hours. If I am traveling for work, I am all about 5-6am workouts. At home base, my gym does not open until 10AM, so it PM workouts for me. I admit when my gym used to open at 5:30AM, I was the first one in the door. The morning was always easier for me to have motivation to get to the gym and I also enjoyed that it was pretty dead so I had free reign of equipment. In the end I think it just comes down to getting yourself there. AM or PM. -
Cialis+baby aspirin for vascularity?
topic replied to Ryujiin's OLYMPIC in Bodybuilding and Training Talk
I do the same thing. I find a 10mg dose Tuesday night and Friday night keeps me going all week. The only hard.....part is the silly morning wood. I also take a daily does of baby aspirin with being on a TRT protocol. -

A very long read from here: http://physiqonomics.com/fat-loss/ I was going to copy and paste it but there are pile of graphics. Anyway, it was a good read for some chuckles.

Its a good reality check. To quote GD "Your much fatter than you think". Not in a bad way, but a lot of people dont realize just how lean 10% is.

Welcome to the board. No trolls here (well not many @Francis "Frank" Castle) jokes. Its a good board. Would love to know more about your journey from where you started as "obese" to were you are now and how TRT has helped with that. I quoted that part of your intro because its nice to see someone separate CW from the SARM pack.

Welcome man. Nothing more true has even been said. Look at Sly Sloan.

Congrats man. For the clomid and hcg, I pretty much get it through other means. Were I live now, after my first test result the doctor said "well, too bad: no kids for you unless your wife uses someone else's swimmers" Giggle fest. Glad to hear everything is working out for you.

See how it goes. They did contact me after my order to say if I dont like it, full refund. Anyway, I wont know until I try.

Just wondering if anyone has given this product a try. I ordered 4 bottles and will be looking to start it as part of my next re-comp kicking off around December 1. The ingredient list is pretty solid. Ill throw up my review when it comes time.

Old post. Hope everything has worked out well for you. Any update? Im on TRT and trying to make a little one now, my motility was almost zero. 2 months of 500iu HCG and 50mg Clomid EOD (Mon, Wed, Fri) my count jumped to 14% A (forward progressive) and my total count doubled. Not bad while still being on TRT. Just my experience so far.

Im pretty easy going. 60min pre I have a large apple, 1.5 scoops of Whey, 3 caps fish oil. Post I have 200g grilled steak, 1 cup of rice, some random steamed veggies, 1g vit C, 400iu vit E, 1g carnitine. I do miss a good pre-workout supp, but I train late and I like to be able to fall asleep before 11PM.

Old thread but just thought I would add my experience with GW was nothing but positive. While I cant say for sure when it comes to bloods (HDL/LDL) as I was also running Var, the cardio improvement from GW is were it had the most benefit. I was hitting heavy squats and was ready for my next set in half the time I normally would be while maintaining solid intensity.

I was dosing in the Am without any issue of being tired. I did find the bloat and hunger to be a bit of an issue for though (more so the bloat). Its worth a shot for anyone to give it a go as its not expensive and everyone will react a little different. While I did not like it, I have a friend who ran it for almost a year and had pretty nice results.

Second this.
