  1. A quick overview of the half rack you're looking at. You won't be missing much; its relatively versatile and has areas to attach bands and other tools to help you along the way. For the price and usage, you'll most likely be well off.
  2. first off I agree, a blood test would give better insight and allow us to properly help you without speculation. In these scenarios more information is always beneficial; the breakdown of your pct, dosages, cycle, bridge, etc would all be potentially helpful.
  3. I've read similar and you're right about more stable levels, and less conversion; only downfall is you'll feel like a sub-q pincushion pretty quick.
  4. I agree with @CapeBretonDadBod 300mg per week with aromasin on hand is definitely a better option for a first time. HCG especially at your age is a must for pct, just ensure you research proper HCG dosages and don't just wing it.
  5. I agree with @Ryujiin, hmg is for fast tracking fertility and has short term results.
  6. For a power rack its definitely cost and need over anything. I enjoy a rack because for a few reasons, the biggest being both the ability to attack bands to various points to help during different phases; and the fact that I can utilize the different heights and settings to allow me to set up different style lifts. Ie a bottom focus bench press, pause press, etc. That's just me though.
  7. @Ryujiin you're correct as far as I have seen, or read. It truly is a matter of what works best per person coupled with what you have (or are doing) people can all respond differently to HCG and results definitely vary. The biggest thing to note is not to over dose. Old "bro" protocol was definitely way over dosed and actually tended to counteract the benefits and prolonged the testes from naturally producing.
  8. If I'm conscious of my macros, Protein up, carb down wraps (higher fibre) Shredded chicken, jalapeno cheese and buffalo sauce.
  9. Bands are versatile, inexpensive and can be used to add or decrease resistance. Wonderful tool to use when you cant get weights or enough weights. As well as you can utilize household things. Like folding chairs, rods, stairs, clothes and wood floor, door frames etc (dips, tricep dips, inverted row, incline or decline pushups, pull ups, sliding push ups, inverted bicep curls, slider lunge. Etc etc.
  10. Definitely a good time to tackle those lagging parts, rehab those in need, and improving mobility. We can also focus on time under tension via alternative tempo and challenging ourselves with varying bodyweight and creative exercises. Right now IG is full of people capitalizing on this and posting them. AthleanX had a create short video on it
  11. Agreed on the shower as well as the needle check
  12. Simple.1/4 cup oatmeal 1.5 scoops whey and some fiber. When I get more elaborate it can also have eggwhites, sugar free pudding, and sometimes halo top
  13. I second the question. What was he looking for?
