  1. For pre workout I like a cup of coffee and chug some dextrose (20g) and lite salt. For post workout I just go with my normal prepped food. Usually rice and either chicken or beef with veggies.
  2. Hi All, Just turned 40 and coming off my first major leg injury so it's been all upper body for the past 6 months or so. While this has resulted in large gains in my upper body, the wheels are now the smallest they've been since I started lifting in high school. Was B&C prior to the injury but decided to come off for the surgery. Looking to hop back on soon as the leg tells me it's ready to go. I like the layout of the new board and thanks for having me.
