He is going to try to ram in as many immigrants as he can before then, I think he still would like to change the election process so they can vote. i know of young people that voted him in because they thought that Harper was a war monger, and a dictator, bwahaaa, yeah, and then they thought Trydeau would be more like them and legalize pot, accept everyone. Now they are regretting their decision, and say they won’t vote in the next election. I told them no, you helped to create this mess, now you have to vote him out to fix it. All we have to remember is to vote. Tell everyone to vote. Join the yellow vest group, yeah there are some asshats on their that make the rest look bad, but there is always those in every group. Go and protest. We need to fight for our country.
  4. I like this. I have to ask if you can poke somewhere else other than fingers. I cannot get blood from my fingers, my skin is too thick. It was funny because my buddy came over to show me how to use a blood sugar monitor and he poked my finger all over likeky 6 times and gave up. I have to use my knees.

  6. I weighed 110 in grade 12. Started weight training when I was 22 and weighed 120, after about 2 months and a lot of reading magazines I started to grow. 6 months later I was 160 but my fat levels were higher, like 12 instead of 8 if I was guessing. Guys at work teased me about running gear. now I lived slept and dreamed lifting. Everything was structured around it. I was so bad with being regimented I almost pooped and peed on a schedule, lol. I would be over 200 lb at 5’6” if I continued on, but honestly back then I only trained to pick up woman, and once I got more confidence and found my wife, started my business it took a back seat. But being an ectomorph it was easy to have a beach body lifting heavy stuff at work and having a high metabolism. Wasn’t until I was in my early 40’s saw a picture of me shirtless on a boat and thought, damn I’m startong to get a dad bod. So then I hit the training again, went from 140 fatish, to 194 around 12% over 5 years. If my gut had not got so bad I would have hit 200 this year. It’s ok though, my wife didn’t like me that big, plus my blood pressure was starting to rise, so I’m sitting at 175 and around 10% (btw I use calipers, but it’s all just a guess) so only 3 meals a day right now, not 6-7. Honestly with a high metabolism it will feel like all you do is eat, lol. Fat guys are jealous because they would love to do that, but it gets tiring sometimes trying to eat that much with variety Btw, I usually do cardio when I have a nagging injury and am taking a bit of a break to let it heal. Cardio is really important to growth at a certain point. If you can’t get enough oxygen and nutrient to your muscle it won’t grow. Just at first when you are tiny it’s best to avoid until you learn to eat enough.

Lol, just being funny, but if you want to grow here are a few tips I found worked for me. -you need to get over the idea that either you eat a lot, which you likely don’t, or that you are worried about getting fat. Which if you do, is really easy to get rid of -you need to keep training volume low. 12 sets for big body parts, 8 for small. After warmup, every set is failure or beyond. You usually have to drop weight or reps between sets. When I was young I went realky heavy low reps, now higher reps like 12-14 -dont expend any extra energy, so no cardio while trying to grow. Avoid stimulants like ephedrine, it just increases the amount you need to eat. - eat fatty foods, milk. Lean steak and chicken breast are for endomorphs, lol, eat thighs, fatty steaks, 4% cottage cheese, 2% milk. When I was young and natural and wanted to grow really bad, I almost drank 4 litres of milk a day, plus a ton of juice on top of my meals. Oh I farted all the time, had diarrhea every couple of weeks from the milk, but I put on 30 lbs in 8 months natural, -train daily if you can but split up bodyparts. Depending on your job depends on how you split things. I’ve always worked heavy labour so other than arms each body part had a separate day. - and the biggest one, since it is easy for ectomorphs to get a good beach body, if you want to get big, you can’t be lazy. So going off track and eating Pringle’s instead of your proper meals, or taking time off because you want to drink all summer will not work. It is difficult to get huge as an ecto, but possible if you are very strict. This I know because, well, that’s pretty much what I did for years. Everyones body is a bit different so you need to learn you. Your digestion system may not take milk, your joints may be too small and need time to get stronger before laying it all out training.

  9. Ultrasound would do something, tens, well pretty much it just relieves pain. i own a tens machine as well. But yes, peptides don’t really do much.
  10. Gh works better than peptides. For the same what you likely paid for peptides, one kit of good gh 2 iu a day till kit is gone would have worked better, with rehab, which of course you know what to do there, so no direct training and such. i had tennis elbow for likely 4 years on and off, not until I used gh for my colon did it go away.
  11. Good for you. Yeah you’ll need to modify what you do without all the fancy equipment, but not having to wait for someone to get off a piece of equipment is great. wait till you are half way thru and can take off your shirt and train shirtless. Lol
  12. Do it. Having my gym at home is the best thing. Yeah, I bet I spent close to $10,000 over the years on it, just adding a bit here and there, but other than a few pieces of specific equipment, you can get the same workout at home. What I like is I can do what I want. Train shirtless, check, fart so loud you laugh and it smells and don't have to worry, check, load syringes in between sets, check. Its just the motivation. You have to push yourself more because no one is watching, but if you are serious at your training then you will do it. A basic squat rack with a lat attachment, and an adjustable bench, some dumbells like the adjustable ones and you are gtg. I found once I started to go back to the basic movements I grew better anyways than using all the fancy machines.

  14. Since I train at night like 9:30 pm I’m so full of protien and carbs from eating all day all I do is drink coffee before hand, then during I just drink 1/2 water, 1/2 white cranberry juice. Usually 49 oz worth. today though post workout I’m drinking a Pepsi and eating potato chips, lol. I tried slin. I didn’t like it.
  15. When I was younger and single I loved training at the gym. But now I don’t have all that free time, also I hate people more the older I get, so I prefer my home gym. only downside to a home gym is you need to keep yourself motivated. So I leave the iPad/phone upstairs and just turn on music. I have been off for a couple of months, but now that my health is better and I can eat enough, I’m hitting the weights agsin. I’ll be back to my old self in a couple of weeks.

  17. Ok, now that I know you are not that well developed I’ll give you my advice. I am nit going to tell you not to do gear, fuck I bet very few of us were maxed out naturally before taking, Id bet most did whatvyou want to do, which is cheat, lol. anyhow 4000 calories and no HIIT. You are not going to do any cardio during your cycle, well not more than once a week. I meant Dorian Yates style training. Look it up on you tube. You need to hit it hard in the gym, I mean leave with nothing left hard. The extra food will,help you grow. 1 cups of oats, 1 scoop of protien powder with some cinnamon is a great cheat for a meal. Shit at one time I ate that 3 times a day, plus 3 other meals. Eat fattier meats. Just watch how fat you are getting and adjust. Not weekly, but by weekly or monthly, you can hold different amounts of water daily fooling yourself into thinking you are fater then you are, but then pee it out the next day. my first cycle was dbol. You will need an ai with dbol. I took Adex. so 30 mg of dbol a day, .5 mg if Adex eod, or more if needed. If your nipples start to hurt up the amount if Adex. Run it for 6 weeks. Absolutely no drinking. This is a must if you like your liver. I ran 8 weeks my first time, but dome guys have erectile problems, I didn’t. if you train hard and wat big you will blow up, likely 15 lbs. Then run pct, and in 6 weeks you might lose about 1/2, but you will feel like a god while on. Thing with oral cycles is you loose most of your gains if you don’t keep training hard and eating big thru your pct and st least a month after. see with oral cycles you go from 0-60 realky quickly, but then go 60-0 really fast as well, which can destroy your motivation to train. This us where you can’t fail, more important than while on gear. If you want to not blow up as fast the run anavar. Now I’m not a girl and diet is what makes you lean, so I think an anavar cycle is a waste. after I ran that first dbol cycle, I had the bug, then I researched the shit out if everything, asked questions and the rest is history. Now I may have not kept a lot of my dbol gains, but it gave me an insight into steroids. Why I did oral only at first, I was scared of sides, or getting too big too fast, and thought I could quit quicker on an oral drug in that instance, lol. I might get blasted for suggesting this, but when I was a noob that didn’t know shit,and hadn’t realky developed my body to its max naturally like you, a guy who had taken gear for 2 decades said, “if I’m going to be a pussy and not inject, at least run dbol so I’ll get something out of it”. i hav another piece of advice. Spend a couple hundred and hire Funnyman to help with your diet and training so you get maximum results, plus you will learn a lot of info you can use in the future.

  19. I found if you ate enough red meat creatine didn’t do much. Hey once you use gear, you’ll drop most suplements because you’ll realize they didn’t do shit. now fish oil, multivit, and that is not what I consider a supplement. But no boosters, test boosters and that stuff is crap for the most part.
  20. Is that you in the pic? If so you are doing decent already. just run test at 300 mg for 8-10 weeks. You likely won’t need and ai, but have one on hand then do a pct and stay off for at least 20 weeks. i would do some work on diet still because it will need to be modified on gear, so 6 meals a day, 4000 calories total, at least 250 gm of protien. Try to do it in real food not shakes, but if shakes then only protien powder and use oats as the carb source. then you will need to change your training. A lot more intensity, hit it hard and heavy, no chatting, on the phone, start a log. You will recover faster so you can push harder. I would limit my cardio during the cycle. Andyou don’t need to train 6 days, 5 is fine a week, but train ash harder. i would start to change this now in preparation. Btw milk is a great bulking tool, 500 ml of milk and 2 scoops of powder. If you can handle milk I would add that on to what you are doing every day, great post workout drink. dont waste your first cycle. You will get great gains, but if you don’t push and eat harder, you won’t gain much, gear is a supplement, it doesn’t do all the work.

  24. Gm was gojng to close anyways. Last time they were given money they added on a truck line, but were still only running the plant at partial capacity. it must have been very expensive to run. They wouldn’t have taken this matter lightly, it is very bad press for them, could turn off potential customers. They are also shutting down a bunch of plants in the US. The market is shifting. I know I used to buy a new car every 2-3 years, but at the price now, I’m holding on andget my monies earth now. I bet I’m not the only one. People want the govt to do something, but what can they do? Nothing, unless they are going to fund it and pay for it, which we cannot afford to do so, if GM thinks theirs no profit in it, well why jump on a sinking ship. Its funny government pushes for the use of transit, then gets upset when car companies close down.   25. Healthy balance is number one. You don’t need to lift 500 lbs to be a bodybuilder. Being lean and fit I bet would be a lot better for you as that is what you struggle with.
