I have placed several orders in the last couple of months. 3-4 week turn around time domestic. Everything was on point. You get a domestic tracking number.

Actually to the USA they are bulk shipping multiple orders together then giving domestic tracking and sending the individual orders domestic. When you order in the USA you will receive a domestic tracking number. So basically they are assuming the customs risk for you now. i ordered a week ago and received the domestic tracking number and an explanation by the staff as to their new shipping method.
