  1. This thread is only like a week old lol. New year has you messed up. This is a Canadian board. Unless you're trafficking drugs, there is no liability with a girlfriend knowing... It's not illegal. I have half a dozen friends as relatives that are cops, 3 who are actually in the drug unit in area who know that I use juice, it's not an issue.
  2. Look great, everything is very proportionate. Looks like you dialed in your weight and color for that show.
  3. If you have to worry about what your girlfriend, mom or wife will think you're not in the right spot in your life to use steroids. An oral only cycle will not put on 10lb of muscle. You'll put on 10lb easily and then deflate to where you were before or less than that within 4 weeks of stopping orals.

  5. Any pure creatine monohydrate.. I wouldn't use any other form of creatine because we can't be sure they work because the bulk of studies were on monohydrate. It's cheap and proven. Just find the form (pill, powder, etc) that works best for you and a brand that is cost effective. I don't make protein shakes or preworkouts so I've never really stayed consistent with creatine. However, I recently opted to buy caps that are 1.25g each and since I take my daily pills religiously I can get the creatine in this way without too much effort. Just a little more volume for pills in the morning.
  6. I've had blood work done after using 40mg (I believe could have been 30 or 50) a week for 4 weeks. Blood work was taken sometime the week after, I stopped taking m1t on the Saturday and let's say Tuesday or Wednesday I got blood drawn. My liver levels were elevated compared to where it was when I started but still in normal ranges. Lipids and kidney markers didn't move. If I have a chance to jump on my computer I can pull the actual levels if you care to see. M1T is one of my top two favorite orals with winstrol. Slightly different results on each but great compounds
  7. I've done all sorts of lengths with M1T high doses for as short as 2 weeks and lower doses for up to 8 weeks. It's good at all levels. Probably the best fit for a mod-high dose for 4-5 weeks
  8. M1T by far. I've used them all for various powerlifting meets. Halo and cheque drops didn't live up to any hype. Methyltren meh. Anadrol at 200mg did some great stuff but still M1T at 40mg did more.

  10. I believe the highest I've done is 2000mg a week of a t400 blend. I have have gone a bit higher with suspension but not for a long time running t400 at 1600mg and then using 100mg suspension preworkout. Really no benefit going that high. I wouldn't run more than 1200 now most likely. Even that I think 1000mg is optimal and I just have that 200 because I run t400 and 3cc is simple and still fighting a bit of that more is better mentality. I prefer staying under 1500 total including orals. No need to go above 1000 on a single compound
  11. Life is mundane... Isn't this for hrt? It's fine to be mundane, actually preferable to be between blasts. I go off between blasts, going on nothing is lower than mundane but it's good for my health.
  12. Test for sure, I can't really gain weight on tren so if I do run it in a bulk it's 100-200mg a week. Test, m1t and winny are my go tos for a bulk. I've been trying to avoid win for the last few years due to injuries but it's great.
  13. Why are you using tren? What are you trying to accomplish? Test should do it without throwing complicated variables in like tren and caber. Caber has a whack of bad side effects terrible for your heart health. Yes, everything is dose dependent but they are also duration dependent and subject dependent (61 is not a good time to their unnecessary variables in). Hypotension, edema and calvular heart disease are no joke.
  14. I would say you shouldn't use gear at all above a certain bodyfat. 1. There are estrogen issues 2. Health issues with bp and cholesterol 3. You aren't dedicated/knowledgeable enough to your diet and training to warrant drugs 4. Something special happens when you go on lean that doesn't happen when you're above 12% and sure as hell doesn't happen if you're 20%+
  15. Your diet is way too low in protein. Also is there a reason you are going so low fat? That can't be good for hormone balance, metabolism or hunger. I would increase fat and decrease your starch. You should have protein in every meal without relying on shakes. You should avoid fat free anything... These are a inexperienced dieters trap.
  16. For sure if you had serious bacteria in the actual manufacturing process you'd see a number of infections you're right. I was just trying to show how one person could be infected and others not
  17. Not necessarily. Assuming it was the batch that had a contaminant not the individual vial or his needle, skin,etc. 100 people could be injected with a contaminant and their immune system could fight it off. This is often the case, the gear we get isn't squeeky clean despite best efforts. Our immune system can battle most things. This guy could have a weakened immune system, definitely common in guys who abuse drugs like us. It could also be because the bug is very foreign to him. Whether he got it in Thailand or Colombia, I don't know but a local could have better immunity to the bug compared to a foreigner. It's the same when someone goes on vacation and gets did poisoning. Our food at home has just as many contaminants but we are use to them and build an immunity. Going there it could be a totally different but and that's why it fucks some people up, but a local wouldn't get sick.
  18. Preworkout I like to eat something sweet and carby like a muffin. Occasionally I'll drink a preworkout for the stimulants. If I'm cutting just a coffee. Intra, nothing just water. Try to get 2L in. The preworkout carbs will fuel the workout. I've tried all the intra workout shit, hbcd, dextrose, bcaa, eaa, creatine.... Didn't offer any benefit. If anything it probably negatively impacted me as sometimes the stuff didn't sit well. Really think intra is only needed if you are taking insulin preworkout and even then just some carbs. I believe a lot of the hype is just marketing. Supp companies trying to push another product category and trainers trying to sell "the secret". Post workout a cup of egg whites when I walk in the door and then start prepping a full meal.
  19. Break the cap open and split the dose up. Whether you get .2 or .3 isn't much of a concern

    Canada Post

    I 100% believe that Canada Post is dragging out delays to make people feel it. The strike was rotating it wasn't even a full out walk out. It rotated for what 4 weeks? Now suddenly the entire country is back logged for months... I've noticed a number of the retailers I deal with have removed Canada Post as a carrier and have not added them back despite the strike ending. I hope this continues and we see some serious cuts to Canada Post.
  21. 200mg a week of enanthate is awesome with test. Tren ace at 50mg EOD is very common in non internet communities. I'm sure ugls love the guys online way more than the typical gym rat. Never heard of a guy going above 600mg deca, 1g test or 350-400 tren in the gym. Online these are like first cycle doses. And I don't believe it's people lying in the gym, I think it's about delusional people online. I've been swayed to the delusional side before too.

  23. Unless you get your core temperature up to 165 it's not killing a virus and well if you're getting your core temperature up to 165 you don't have to worry about that virus.
