  1. It'll be entertaining to say the least. Everyone is frothing at how Tyson is going to be. Nostalgia and the "old man strength" is what's going to bring all the boomers in while the tik too club is going to see Paul do his thing, whatever that is. None the less, you're never going to see Tyson throw a fight.
  2. Update this morning! 198.2 lbs Just finished fasted cardio Shredded AF 3.5 weeks left I plan on winning Dropped test to 500 600 Masteron 400 primo 50 mg tren ace EOD 50 mg winny 50 mcg clen just started 25 mcg t3 as a little boost and likely up to 35 mcg end of week This shows you that drugs are not always the answer. You need to CRUSH it in the gym. Do your training, eat your food, and let it play out.
  3. Obvious 'easy' money and publicity for both of them. Jake knows tyson's going to go nuts, and i'm sure tyson's camp is equally telling him to not knock his head off. There's NO way tyson is going to throw the fight like a previous fighter did. Honestly? I think it's still good for the sport. Like him or not, Jake Paul has really put boxing back into the mainstream view in a field full of MMA.
  4. Good morning everyone. 4 and 1/2 weeks to go. Fasted weight 199.6 lb. This was yesterday morning doing a good push day. 4iu insulin pre workout with 80 g of carbs does you good.
  5. People of Northern lifters!! Let's get talking about anything! Open discussion, talk about the American election, the comedy, what you've done this past weekend, what your spring plans are (any travel??). We need to see more action and activity! Let's do this!!
  6. I'm pretty good on it. I typically use 400 but my coach doesn't want all that much gear in me and honestly doesn't think it's going to make that big of a difference in the final push with the other compounds. Just gotta check yourself bro.
  7. Today, I'm sitting at 202 after a solid refeed. I'm sitting extremely close to where I need to be. I still have 6 weeks to go. It's just a matter of staying fresh, injury free, and slowly start pulling water away and sharpen up some more. I'm dry, vascular, and pretty full. Current gear protocol: Gear 6 weeks out: NPP out and done 800 mg/week test e 600 mg/week mast e 400 mg/week primo 200 mg/week tren ace 50 mg winstrol daily 2.5 iu GH before bed and am. We're just starting this to see how my body responds to fullness and if I pull too much water. Insulin 4 iu pre/post workout only on shoulder and arm days to trial if I can get them a little bigger and fuller. As we get closer we'll lower dosages, bring in AI. Halo and t3 pending Photos are 5:45 am direct out of bed.
  8. Hey man No disrespect noted. All these photos are at my worst, flat, depleted. Done this on purpose. 5:30 am shots hah. All my old photos you see me in I'm full, carbed up, gym lighting. Loads of gear. I can 100% assure you my diet is great, and the gear has been doing everything I've needed it to. My shape and conditioning are far bigger than my last two shows...like by a far margin. Please also keep in mind I am a very tall man. I don't have the greatest genetics. I am not doing open bodybuilding because I just don't have an additional 50 lbs on my frame. This is where classic and men's physique are better suited for me. Appreciate the comments
  9. Now the money shots Shots are m/w/f fasted right when I get up after bathroom and weigh in for check ins, looking my very worst lol This was today, February 28. 5:30 am before my 45 cardio. PLUS I included a first day shot. I am also doing posing work with Fedel Clark, IFBB pro. Try guessing my bf %
  10. Meals are included in two photos, separated with training day (today) and off day. This is the last major change to my diet. It's low. But I'm still doing ok. Lots of coffee and pre-workout. But this is necessary. Refeed days happen on avg every ten days when I'm so completely drained and flat, acting like a zombie. I get about 400 g of carbs that day and I feel MUCH better and stronger for training. For those wondering, breakfast is a nice oatmeal protein pancake
  11. Currently training is a 5 day split. I am doing ONLY 45 mins cardio fasted in mornings. No 2 hour a day bullshit. This is why I started dieting early so I could avoid that nonsense. Shoulders Pull Push Legs Arms Then repeat but instead of shoulders 1 it's now shoulders 2 with different exercises Today is shoulders 1 which exercises will be: Smith Machine Press 1x7-10,11-15 Seated Barbell Shoulder Press 1x7-10 1X11-15 Dumbbell Lateral Raises 3x10-15 Dumbbell Lying Rear Delt Flyes 2x15-20 Dumbbell Front Raises 2x10-15 Reverse Pec Dec or Cable Rear delt Flyes 2x10-15 Straight Leg Calves 3x10-15 All training employs a 2-3 second negative, pause at full stretch, then hard contract top with an good squeeze. Failure happens often using lots of safeties to squeeze even half reps into negatives. I can't emphasise enough how game changing this training is for overall training and injury prevention. You HAVE to go lighter, you have to check ego, but you will actually get much stronger overall and your muscular development will improve drastically. It's hard now so deep into prep to maintaining my strength but I'm managing well. There are a few more reps in reserve and some reps I gotta go a little faster on but I'm keeping load consistent and I haven't lost any huge strength which is paramount to keeping my mass. Next diet
  12. Hello everyone The Jim Morris classic is held on April 13, 2024 in Cambridge, Ontario. Find and follow them on instagram. I will be competing in what will be my last show. I'm am pulling out all the stop to bring the best package ever. I've hired Juan Rojas of Physique Academy as my coach who's based in Kitchener. He's mind blowing and amazing in his knowledge, application of training, a great investment and still continues to compete himself on his quest for an IFBB pro card. I'm sure he'll get in within two years. I started dieting on November 20, avoiding all xmas goodies up to the holiday itself with zero cheats so that I could have a good few meals during that time and I would be ready early in the prep. You'll see below why I chose that method. I am competing in 4 divisions: Masters and open classic physique Masters and open men's physique I'm not big enough for bodybuilding. 6'2, currently 200.6 lbs this morning dry and flatter, EXTREMELY lean. Started at 227. 6.5 weeks out from the show. Gear as of today (using bodytech): 800 mg test e 450 NPP (ends this week Masteron E 400 mg per week Primo e 400 mg per week Incinerate fat burner Clen 25 mcg per day I'll do my next post for training.
  13. Hello board members, We want to promote lots of activity, discussions, community in the board. It's been a while since we've had some good discussions going, so let's open it up to an easy one! What's your 2024 goals? Notice i'm not saying resolution? I'm stepping on stage April 13 for the Jim Morris Classic in Cambridge, ON. My goal is to be the most peeled, most ridiculous look i've had in my life. Now that i'm 40, I'll be doing Masters classic physique and physique. I feel i'm pretty much at the peak of my physique, so I want to immortalize for myself what i've achieved. You're turn!
  14. Apologies somehow I missed this and i'm suuuuuuuuuuuuper late on responding!! I injected with insulin needle as close to site as possible as long as you're not injecting into the ulnar nerve on the inside and into the tissue you should be ok. There's a ton of tendons in there and it may flip around, cause a quick spasm, just don't go too crazy. It did help improve quicker but you still need to do your essential exercises for tennis elbow; band/weight movements for flexion/extension/supination/pronation. You need to see how it developed, what can be done differently to take the load off the tissue, and train smarter. Is it a huge gamer changer? That's up to you and your wallet. If you needed it for a specific event that requires faster healing then it would probably be of benefit, or post surgical or major chronic issue. However, the essentials do work with moist heat and stretching with the exercises.
  15. Quick sneak peek of what's happening lately. 225 lbs. Test 800, deca 600, tren 200, dbol 50 mg per day. Fuck I love body tech stuff. Biggest heaviest lifts ever. Staying lean, putting on the size. This cycle and last have been my best ever, and literally at my best ever body at 39.
  16. Thanks for all the support fam I brougth a great package for the summer, been able to maintain similar conditioning and ready to start doing some heavy maingaining in the fall. I plan for one more show next year and i'm going to make it count
  17. So continuing the gain train folks. Weight fluctuates between 210-215 throughout the day. Calories up to 2500-2800. Still doing cardio and now increasing intensity for athletic performance where I'm doing my next black belt exam in June. 800 mg test/wk, 600 eq, 450 NPP until end of June and then back on TRT as I see my Endo Aug 10 and have bloods done by the 6th so everything is accurate and healthy
  18. Back from Mexico and never lost a beat! Despite the good food, some great drinks, I only "put on" 4 lbs during the week. Do you think it was fat?? Or could it be filling up my glycogen stores and filling out my muscle cells, giving me this shredded vascular look. I trained 3 days in the gym at the resort. Kept my food intake manageable but I did enjoy myself Thoroughly. But right this morning I was back to french toast, popcorn at lunch, and then legs and cardio tonight with my training pal. Live the lifestyle, reap the benefits. No starvation. I've dropped the Tren. Keeping test at 800 and continuing eq until I run out at 600 mg/wk and now bringing in NPP at 450-600 a week until July. At that point I'll take a good rest, go back on TRT dose so I can get my bloods done and see my Endo. This is truly the best I've ever looked and felt. Thanks to @BodyTechPharmafor helping me get there.
  19. Bringing back up old discussion: What's been paramount for me this dieting phase?? Anabolic french toast and POPCORN!!! omgggggggggg it makes it so much more delightful to have a full bag of popcorn for only 250 cals, just load up the ketchup powder crap and go. The amount of volume of that vs 250 cals of rice is astonishing and keeps me fuller longer
  20. Wow three days makes a big difference with a bit of a dry out and some extra carbs. Trained shoulders and went WTFfffffffffffffffffff in the gym. Holding at 206. I'm really extremely pleased with my look - turning 39 in a few months and it's me hitting my best stride.
  21. Two weeks away from Mexico. Dropped down to my lowest at 204.8 and very flat. A good carb up today and back up to 210 fill out. If I was doing a show I'd say I'd be getting very close! Another 6 weeks of hard training and dieting and I'd be there. 30 mins of cardio 6 days a week, 4-5 days of weights, calories at 1800-1900.
  22. Quick bathroom shots post leg workout. 205.2 lbs this morning. Very flat. Going to carb up nice on Sunday and see how weight fluctuates with my look. 3 weeks until Mexico
  23. So I'm stabilizing at 210 lbs. When I was 207 I was depleted. Even here I'm still not Carbed up but I feel I'm continuing to add mass and lean out. New shots last night 210 lbs PLUS comparator shots to when I did my last show in 2018 at 207 on stage. See the difference??
  24. Thx guys I had a good cheesecake saturday night carb fill up and I went back to 213, but then by this morning I was back to 207. Definitely flatter and a bit weaker but still holding on well. I'm starting the anavar today at 75 mg/day for the month to see where I end up.
  25. Updated shots. At 207 lbs. Leaning out well. Holding onto muscle. Thinking about doing king kong classic end of year. Will do classic and physique divisions.
