  1. Good morning Weight down to 222.8 this morning. Last few days i've held onto water and was up to 228 at one point, but the last day and a half it dropped off. I'm definitely noticing a bit of my metabolism slowing. I can't eat the 2700-3000 cals a day anymore at 240 lbs unless i'm doing 45-60 mins of cardio and i'm not at the point where I want ot suffer that much. So now on low feed days i'm getting at 1800, but yesterday I was at 2300, and it seems to be working well. New pics this weekend showing hopefully some good improvement and deeper ab cuts. 10 more full pounds of fat should do me nicely for the summer and then it's holding onto it.
  2. Just sliding under 224 lbs today. Results are really starting to show now. Though I really just don't have a great spot for photo taking and lighting. One more day of clen at 50 MCG and then A week off. Going to up my t3 to 100 MCG on Monday.
  3. Today I woke up at 224.2 lbs! So I've broken through my little plateau. I feel leaner for sure. PEDs are turning on real nice. Adding in the T3 has helped with the loss as well as cutting out my last meal of the day as I guess my intake was just too high. Training is going well at home, did a shoulder workout last night as well as 25 mins of spin. Will likely be bumping up to 30 mins in the next week. The T3 has got my HR up to 100 bpm at rest though. Can definitely feel it. It's strong. Adding in the clen mid way through the day still at 50 MCG as this time around anything more and I'm shaky. By the time I get home from work I can burn off the shakes and feel better afterwards. No cramping yet either but typically this would happen for me at higher dosages. So I'm doing ok!
  4. So woke up at 227.2. Not happy. I busted my ass off yesterday with my arm workout and 25 mins of cardio on my spin bike. Heart rate up to 170 BPM throughout. Every bit of diet was tight. Deficit was there. Training was adequate (can always go harder than last time). My only guess is the gear is influencing the numbers in water retention or muscle. Results are noticeable but not what I was expecting after a month. Hopefully month two progress is more in line with my expectations.
  5. This morning i'm hovering at 227.4. Not where I want to be. I think I ate a few items the last few days a bit more in calorie content than I thought and the deficit isnt' where I wanted it to be. Training has been much improved with my home gym rack. Able to get in pretty much what I need to to stim. Tonight will be arms and a half hour of cardio on my spin bike. I'm able to keep my HR consistent b/w 130-140 bpm. Today I stared my T3 at 50 mcg a day. I was going to over a week ago but wanted to hold against it so i wasn't on it as long. So today marks the 50 mcg a day amount for a a few days, then up to 75 mcg for a few days, followed by 100 mcg for at least a month. Clen has restarted for another two weeks and i'm up to 75 mcg a day for a few more days before going up a max 100 mcg a day dosage. Test is up to 900 mg now as the t400 and tnt combo brings it up to that amount. No sides yet. Masteron is good and smooth and helpful and still have my AI's ready to roll. I will say i've been having FANTASTIC sleeps on account of the CJC and IPA. There's no doubt for error i'm extremely rested now and getting good full sleep. Dosage is 100 mcg CJC with 100 mcg IPA in morning 30 mins before breakfast on wake. 100 mcg cjc with 200 mcg IPA at night before bed. I find that knocks me out pretty quick.
  6. As long as I keep up my cardio I feel my BP is fine. My heart rate is the consistent up though, with resting around 100 bpm while on the stims. I'm hoping with the cardio it'll lower. I do not tend to get estrogenic sides on 800 test. I get a bit of acne at the beginning as hormones shift, but then everything seems ok. I've grown out of tren anxiety, insomnia, and sweats. If i upped to 1000 mg test though I get sides and it sucks. But at least with the masteron it mitigates much of that anyway, but I do have adex, asin, and nolva if needed for test based sides. My weight went up by almost 5 lbs with a sushi cheat on saturday with the wife (early mothers day supper). Damn stuff makes me so thirsty and then i retain a ton of water. Training is going well at home with my rack, and i'm able to train everything to get the good stim needed. I was 231 on sunday and today i'm 229.6, so by this saturday i'm aiming for under 226, which will mark 15 lbs gone in a month.
  7. Cheat on saturday was quite well. Had homemade stuffed crust pizza, a piece of cheesecake, and 3 glasses of my new wine I just finished. I went from 229.8 to 231.2. Pretty impressed with that. This morning I woke up at 229.2, so progress! I'm not on clen this week so i'm taking some ECA doses to keep appetite suppressed. My gym equipment is FINALLY being delivered tomorrow, so can't wait to start back up to my normal routine. So official gear taking now: 800 mg test 400 mg tren E 600 mg mast 3 Tdrol 2x/day After one more 2 week cycle of clen I will then establish T3 starting at 50 MCG a day, run up to 100 mcg after a few days, stay on that for about 8 weeks, and then ramp back down, keeping the clen up on 2 weeks on, 1 week off.
  8. I'm kind of...sort of... I'm leaning down now over the summer, and seeing where it'll take me. Doing it just for me. As long as there is no stress in my marriage and whatever comes out of the summer, will dictate if I want to enter an early fall show. I crave it. It's been 3 years this summer.
  9. This morning I woke up to 230.2 lbs. Pretty much 11 lbs lost in 10 days including initial water loss. Tightened up real nice, but flatter than a pancake. Hope to have my gym set up come today and I can put it together. Cant wait to share what it looks like! Tonight's training will be legs and stretching followed by another 25 mins of spin.
  10. Weight staying at 231, so i feel the water loss has plateaud. Feeling much more improved in symptoms, and can taste the keto in my mouth. I need to pick up more stix as the ones i've previously had are over a year expired and i'm peeing negative on everything. Turns out I didn't know that the moisture within a bathroom will get in there and set off all the rest of the strips. Oops. Last shot of 5 days on for the peptides and can I already feel a crazy good difference in sleep quality. Every morning i'm refreshed, no dragging my ass off. Shot 1 in moring - 100 mcg CJC-1295 (no DAC), 100 mcg Ipamorelin Shot 2 before bed - 100 mcg CJC, 200 mcg Ipa Clen upped to 60 mcg. May stay on here for the remainder of the week as I do a 2 week on, 1 week off. Only side effect is the head flushing and foggy sensation about 15-20 mins after injection, and from what i've read that's a positive thing that says the GH release is working. My new rack will be here next week with all my weight so for now i'm still beating the body using my adjustable dumbbells and other creative methods at training my body. Speaking of training, probably do some chest tonight.
  11. Already i've dropped 10 lbs of water since sunday FFS. 231 this morning lol. I'm flat but definitely feel tighter. Running 40 mcg clen a day at this point and will be doing 2 weeks on 1 week off. Will probably do 4 cycle sof this and up it to 100 mcg by the next wave, and then i'll sub that for the T3 and ramp up from 50 mcg to 100 mcg within a week. Test 800 Mast 600 Tren 400 Tdrol 50 mg/day for 50 days I'll probably end up throwing some winny and halo at the end for shits and giggles when the wife and I are on the beach with our kids..hahah gotta make sure those 20 year olds know they won't outdo me! Tonight's workout will be arms and 25 mins spin bike cardio So basically my diet is this: Meal 1: 3 extra large eggs, 2 oz or 60 g cheese melted on it, 2 pieces of bacon Meal 2: 1.5 scoops protein in water, 1 tbsp PB, 1 tbsp MCT oil, 1 scoop greens Meal 3: 6 oz chicken, 1.5 cups green beans (for today), 1 tbsp butter Meal 4: as per 2 Meal 5: as per meal 3 or whatever my wife cooks but it'll be 6 oz meat and veg Meal 6: 1 can tuna, 1 oz cheese, 2 tbsp mayo That puts me today at like 3100 cals and i've been quite hungry, so illl see how it weighs on me in the morning. I can easily take out the PB for 200 reduced cals, and/or reduce the butter for lunch/dinner if required to bring the cals back in lower.
  12. Update everyone, In Ontario, we're under our third lockdown. No gyms, no outdoor activity in groups, a real shite show. But that hasn't stopped me from digging deep to gain motivation to shred up for the summer. I purchased a rack, weights, olympic bars, a pulley system, a bench, and have a spin bike at home to do the full monty to help assist for when gyms finally open up - but even then, on days I just don't feel like training there, I have my home gym set up. I started this past Sunday, 6'2, 241 lbs. Doing a full keto diet at 2700 cals a day to start, as i've done twice over for two bodybuilding shows. This works best for me to keep hunger away, keep busy and away from the cheat potentials. I will start with 2 weeks of no cheating, and by then if I feel I want a cheat meal and i've had good progress i'll have one. No real goal weight, but want to be shredded and maintainable over summer. It'll likely be around the 215 mark. It is 16 weeks until August so now's a good time to start. I'm also running my favourite lab Body Tech's @BodyTechPharma gear. I've used them for the last 8 years - both my shows, have had consistent great results, so here is what i'm using: Test 800 mg/wk Masteron combination of enanthate and prop at beginning and end 600 mg Tren E 400 mg/wk Tdrol oral (combo of Tbol and Anadrol..it's insane!) Clen T3 Peptide CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin First pics were taken sunday night. Last pic was of me 2 months out from my last show and the condition i'd like to meet at. Won't be too hard. I'll fill the log up more as I get going with pics of my rig and diet/training info. Here's to a great show!

  14. Wifey has been doing quite well, keeping up her training hard even with lockdown. A solid 10 lbs of mass on her frame over the last year. Really shows in the ass and legs
  15. Back at it again! Trying to build up, lean down. Doing 600 mg test right and 300 mg tren ace for 6 weeks, will then clean out for my endo appt for april 20, then going into full tilt summer shrez blitz.
  16. Thank you! Nothing much has changed with us in the last 1.5 months given covid lockdowns. We're doing our best to maintain a home exercise routine of some sort with a few weights and different ideas. I'm staying motivated by doing a mental health awareness challenge by doing 25 pushups a day for 25 days, but for every day of pushups, i'm introducing a different variation of pushups to keep the stim going. Weight has gone down to about 235, so obviously losing some. Back on my TRT dose of 200 mg a week now. If we get back to the gym mid feb I may run a fast ester cycle for 6 weeks to give me a boost before I see my endocrinologist on April 20.

  18. Gyms are going lockdown for a month starting boxing day. Only a few days left of working out. Just weighed myself; 241.2 Shoulders and arms today
  19. Back sucks. Getting MRI on Wednesday finally!! Training is lackluster. Just maintaining. Wife has done well. She's dropped 7 lbs, lost 7.5". Feels terrific. Booty has popped more, legs have shaped up, Tummy has flattened.
  20. Sitting at 240 lbs. Pretty much stagnant now with the condition of my back. I wish I was 10-15 lbs heavier but I'm simply not training hard enough to stim nor eating enough food to make use of the gear. So as said previously, I'll just be sticking to test for a while until I figure out what's going on.
  21. I injured my back pretty bad (may have said it in earlier posts). I'm getting an MRI scheduled on Monday. Pain has really limited me pushing/pulling. Sort of maintaining the status quo. Holding weight anywhere between 236-240. Not where I wanted to be but none the less I am not losing, and our gyms are still open in my part of Ontario so I can keep training. Trying to continue flexibility training as well and upping a little more cardio. As it is, I am stopping my NPP cycling and sticking to the 800 mg test for now. Wife is doing exceptionally well and the combination frag, CJC, Ipa, and ostarine have really done an impact on her physique. Will hope to have new photos up soon of her. I will be starting CJC and Ipa myself to see if the GH pulses can influence me and heal me.
  22. So I'm still holding at 240 lbs but I feel I'm leaning out. Definitely showing more in these pics. Even got a nice one with the wife! She's updating her protocol now to include cjc-1295 and ipamorelin 2 shots at 100 mcg each every day while her frag stays the same with 5 days on 2 off. It's definitely transforming her physique in the most positive way and the GH spikes should help out with all other aspects of wellness. It she derives big benefit from this I'll jump on it myself.
  23. Nice pic update from the wife Big changes in the last month running the frag and t3. Really coming in. She's down 5 lbs and on a 5'0 tall frame it's extremely noticeable. About 5 full inches too. Here are pics and see the difference
  24. Nice update today! Weight up to 240.4 yesterday and I got a new bench PR of 335 lbs for two! I uploaded the video here, hope you can see. Raw strength feels amazing on this cycle! Wife is down 3 lbs and it shows everywhere (especially being only 5 ft tall) but I'm sure inches are going down elsewhere. Measurements after this week. https://youtu.be/MLDkOUaVVWY
  25. The tdrol is very noticeable now. Vascularity increases within a few hours and a pump feeling before I even lift. There was such a large jump in strength in this third week it's hard to pinpoint exactly, so I'll say it's confirmation of the whole stack "turning on" now. My sciatica is still a bitch. It's pinching and referring still, but not as bad, so long as I'm mindful of every movement when sitting to standing.
