  1. Big chest and arm thickness tonight! Back to finally benching 3 plates for 5 reps since covid gym restrictions lifted and I'm super elated! Training always harder than last time!!
  2. Haven't trained since friday. I Have a severe case of sciatica going on in my left butt cheek with referral into the lateral part of my left knee (fibula region). I can stand, I can sit, but transitioning between the two pretty much drops me. I've been having the wife at home treat me with acupuncture with electrical stim, having my own ultrasound unit, TENS, and light stretching as anything else creates a significant ache in my ass. This started from overstretching a few weeks ago and has progressed. I'll take off until wednesday and continue to treat it and hopefully it'll start resolving, so I can at least get something done and load through my body. ps @Ryujiin they literally are my most fav gym shoes ever!

  4. So trained arms today. Strength already climbing and could feel a hell of an arm pump. I bumped up the tdrol to two tabs. I had some bad anxiety today and I don't know why. It made the training tough. Heart rate was about 170 BPM consistently and I was quite nauseated. Seemed to have calmed down after the training. Tomorrow begins weeks two! The wife feels skinnier already. No issues with injections, and is doing a 5 day on 2 day off approach to the frag (starts tomorrow). Still sticking to half an ostarine tab. Not experiencing any sides yet. She trained mainly glutes today and is trying to work on the side booty shelf.
  5. Wife pinned her first 250 mcg shot of frag, 20 mins later doing 30 mins steady state cardio on her indoor cycle. Split the dose of her ostarine to take 12.5 mg I did my second shot tonight. Think the schedule is Monday 1 ml T400, 1 ml npp; wed 2 ml npp, Friday same as Monday. I also took one tab of tbol today. Half Life for each compound is 12-16 hours give or take an hour. I'll see how the remainder of the week goes on one pill then I'll double it. Training chest tonight. Should be a good one. Here's pics of the gear so you know what were doing

So i'm going to breakdown my training days as to what I generally do, and that way when I reference it, I reference to this post: Yesterday I trained shoulders, and I really don't worry about weight too much as long as i'm stimming at the time. If I do something like a new PR, or regaining significant ground, or even feeling weak, i'll comment on it. Shoulders: Seated hammer strength press superset with wide grip upright barbell rows 4x10-12 Dumbbell laterals superseat with cable face pulls 4x10-12 Bent over dumbbbell laterals superset with cable laterals on same side 4x10-12 Chest: Flat bench press 2 warm ups x12, then 4 sets of 8-10 - unless on power days i go 4 sets of 5 to try to max out Seated hammer chest press 4x10 superset with cable flys Dumbbell pullovers superset with incline dumbbell flyes ***i'll change the last exercise at times to incline smith press with cable flyes Legs Seated or prone hamstring curls 4x10 Leg press (unable to do squats right now due to nagging back injury) 2 warm ups with 3-4 sets of 10 superset with standing one leg dumbbell calf press Split squats superset with Sissy squats 4x10 Leg extensions 4x12-15 Arms Hammer curls superset with cable rope pushdowns 4x10 Barbell curls with straight bar superset with dips 4x10 Seated incline dumbbell curl superset with single arm overhead tricep extension (or sometimes close grip bench on smith) 4x8-10 Back Pulldowns 4x10-12 Deadlifts (or rack deads) 2 warm ups with 3-4 sets of 6-8 Tbar rows or seated cable rows 4x10 Machine overhead one arm plate pulldowns 4x10 palm towards me 4x10 *** I also have training days for flexibility and conditioning: generally prowler/sled pushes, 200 m dash rows, the air attack bike (omg that sucks), a lot of splits training for tae kwon do, and kicking techniques along the wall to improve glute strength

  8. Hello lifters, No I am putting up my first training log on this board for both myself and my wife (who is not a part of this board). I hope you find what I put up entertaining, enriching, and a positive learning experience. Stats: 37 yo 235 lbs Two competitions under my belt Wife: 36 yo 135 lbs Measurements: Me Left Calf: 15.5" Thigh: 25.25" Hip: 41.75" Waist: 39" Bust: 41.75" Chest" 48.75" Shoulder 52.25" Left Arm: 15.5" (cold at side unflexed) Her (Sept 28, 2020): Left calf: 13.5" Thigh: 21" Hip: 38" Waist:31" Bust: 29.5" Chest: 36.5" Shoulder: 38" Left arm: 11.75" Training plan: I train Sun/Mon/Wed/Sat and sometimes fridays. Tue/thur I Teach Tae Kwon Do so I continue to do body weight training and flexibility training. My wife is an avid cyclist and hits a million hills, usually biking 16-25 km almost daily and has a spin bike in the house, as well as standard training 4-5 days a week. Cycling: I will be running bodytech test enanthate 800 mg/wk, as well as NPP 600 mg/wk. I will be starting with a new product called Tdrol which is 12.5mg Turinabol and 12.5mg Superdrol, twice a day for a month. I will use Asin at 12.5 mg every 3rd day as I am well tolerant to gear and can keep my E2 under control. I will be running this total for 16 weeks. I am on permanent TRT at 200 mg/wk so when the cycle is done I will just resume my normal shots and keep E2 under control. My wife will be using Ostarine at 12.5 mg/day for a month, and if tolerated, will bump up to 25 mg. She will also be using their liquid T3, ramping up to 50 mcg over a week, maintaining for up to 6 weeks, before ramping down. She will also be trialing their HGH Frag at 250 mcg in two shots, waiting 20-30 mins, and then doing 20-30 mins of cardio afterwards fasted. She will do these shots on training days, probably in a 2-3 day on/1 day off approach. I won't keep this log extremely detailed, but will give progress shots and updates regularly. I'll goad my wife into watching it with me somehow The original dune for sure had inspired sci-fi, i mean hell Star Wars was created from it! This is a 2 parter movie though...so the studio must of felt confident in the film maker and his vision.
  10. I have another review up with pics for recent body tech use. My wife started using their oral T3. Came in blue bottle with easily readible measured dropper. Started at 25 mcg a day for a week to measure tolerance then up to 50 mcg. She did not need higher. She needed some taurine at this point to mitigate cramping. Initial temps were 35 deg before taking her dose, then within 2 hours temp measured 36.9. Definite feeling of heat and validation that the thyroid has been stimulated. In 6 weeks of training 16-20 km bike rides, hard gym, measureable good eating (without hardcore dieting, just no cheating), she has dropped 10 lbs. This is visible everywhere on her small 5'0 frame. She started using their anavar 5mg 3 weeks ago, and has found good success in helping building the legs, giving her solid strength, albeit mild chin acne. Myself, I did a quick 6 week blast of test prop 500 (with my 200 mg enanthate TRT), 450 mg NPP, 2 pills of anabull a day. Huge huge huge increases in strength and size, returning from a 3.5 month covid training break. Now i'm on 'rest' until I see my endocrinologist on the 22 for a clean bill of health. In future; my wife wants to start ostarine and compare to the var, especially wondering if it has less effect on the skin. Both of us will be trying HGH-Frag for fat loss. I will be going into a full huge bulk blitz for 16 weeks once i'm giving the health clear. The pics do speak for themselves Enjoy
  11. What's the plans for everyone's training going into the fall? I put up a poll to get our members engaged now that we are starting to huddle back inside, gyms are in full open with covid restrictions, and we reassess what our priorities are with school returning, working indoors, dealing with eventual sickness potential. We won't get into covid debates here. Anything that starts up will be removed for the sake of keeping things apolitical and without emotional baggage. Has your local gym reopened succesfully? What kind of restrictions were put in place? Are you able to manage around that? I've heard many gyms have increased their rates, has yours been affected? For myself - i've brought back a few pounds of lost mass from sitting around 3.5 months. Going into the fall, I see my endocrinologist in 2.5 weeks for my biannual check up. After i'm giving the clean bill of health, it's full on 16 week heavy mass cycle, continue to improve my flexibility with my Tae Kwon Do training as I approach my next Dan level black belt grading, and keep thinking wholistically with my body health and mind.
  12. only because I knew i wasn't going to be able to train and ate less than 2000 cals a day on average. I literally had to shut it down to 3 meals a day as i knew i'd fatten right up. Pushups and couch dips just weren't cutting it for me.
  13. Covid took away my gains But 1 hard month of training, eating so much more food, and being on some great super supps have started to make the beast return! Crazy look at the transformation. PS I got my better half in with me. Weight on July 17 was 217 lbs, now it's 232 lbs as of yesterday. Test E 200 (trt dose), Test prop 500, NPP 450, anabol 80 mg/day
  14. Not sure if anyone has had a go yet with their priligy, but I've had a few 'rounds' of it and can give some feedback. Priligy is used for men who have premature ejaculation. I do not suffer from this. However, used recreationally, it's claimed you can go much longer. Research seems to support it doubling/tripling time before ejaculation in men who suffer from PE. So because I like a less is more approach, I took half a dose. Delivered in a nice blue bottle, 50 ml, with an easy to read stopper. 1 ml = 1 dose, so I've taken a few 0.5 ml doses. The drug is said to stay in effect for 4-6 hours. First off...hell it's rough stuff to take in. Talking back and forth with BT they may be putting some form of flavouring in it. No kidding, it's almost virtually pure alcohol. The burn is fucking nuts down the throat and lasts a good 10 mins. Perhaps consider taking a small glass of milk or tums to neutralize the burn. I also combined it with a half cialis tab at 25 mg. Down to the dirty: no word of a lie, i've gone rounds of 45 mins of pure non stop pumping, and at the end have had to force myself to cum on command as the wife was raw dogged so bad her eyeballs were curled backwards and she was drying out bad. You..just...can't...cum..hahah. Not like tren or deca dick stuff where you're floppy and whatnot. For guys who cum quick, this is definitely something for you to help improve confidence and your 'game' of desensitizing yourself...plus in the end you're making your lady happy. Combined with the effects of cialis or viagra, you are truly a 'pornstar'. 100% endorse this stuff. A little goes a long way and therefore worth your dollar if you want a bit longer lasting performance.
  15. My gym loaned me out equipment: I got a bench, two 70 lbs dumbbells, an ez curl bar, and 30 lbs of plate weight. So workouts are tough to get motivated for, but i'm still doing something. We spend our time all day doing house work, outdoor work, kids homework via online classroom. Wife and I trying to keep it together. I lost my job completely, so I'll be needing to find a new physio job when we are officially allowed back into work. Thank god for the CERB. My wife is working at a small local hospital as a student RN to help with the pandemic response. So finanically we will be ok until about July if things are the way it is. But still..it's 20 days before we know if school will be in for May. I am hoping for the best but my gut tells me school is out for the remainder of the year until September.
  16. Bodytech continues to deliver good stuff. Even with the pandemic, responses are still quick to me, orders are two days max delivery. The packaging is quality. In fact, the picture with the label 3 shows that when I itemized my orders, they put the 'third order' in as one package. This makes things EXTREMELY convenient, and given the current restrictions with the pandemic, makes it 'safer' for transfer. I trust them that the order is as what it is, and anytime an error has occured it's fixed same day.

  18. I give 6 weeks after the last enanthate ester to clear out and put me in the normal zone, all while i still take my normal TRT amount. I take my shot on a monday night, then get bloods the following monday morning before my next shot.
  19. Your iron levels are especially low and your blood cell volume is low. Those correlate. Are you anemic? Flags right there buddy you need to address those if you haven't. My test gets checked because I see an endocrinologist for low test to validate the dosage i'm taking. This is always at the end of the week before my next shot so i'm in the trough.

  21. Twice a year I get my bloods done the week of seeing my Endo. I run blast and cruises twice a year. Generally 16 week blasts. Then I go back down to my 200 mg a week dosage and run that for 3 months. Everything is bang on. I didn't get psa checked because of a form error but it's always 0.1. Normal. Vit D is getting checked again as I have some hx of low numbers, but that may not translate to anything clinically. Moral of the story..always do bloods. At least once a year. Live a positive lifestyle, even when using super supps. It pays for itself!!
