  1. Summer is here and I’m gonna blast off soon. Told my girl I’m gonna order gear. She said don’t you have enough? That prompted me to take inventory on my favourite drawer. While I don’t agree with her that I have enough, my stash looked so pretty I thought I’d take a pic and share it with my fellow gear heads. I’d love to see your guys collection. Whatcha got piled up?

My girl is about to run her first primo cycle as well. So far ostarine was her fave, but I think primo will be her new flavour. I personally love it

  6. Palumbos test kits I find hard to read. Especially for primo. The colours are so similar. I prefer LabMax. Their new anavar test is great too. Just make sure to get a UV light. Cause ya, like mikk0090 said so much is faked.

  8. Right on. I like equipoise too. A lot of people bash it, But especially at high doses I find it extremely effective. I don’t know about MK, I don’t like it. I’d be super leery of playing with a new compound close to showtime. But you might have better results than me. It may be way too hungry never include on a cut. It messed with my blood sugar a little bit and I didn’t really notice much else, I’ll take growth hormone any day of the week. When do you take your insulin? I used to like it pre-work out. Good size? Your competing in open too? Fuck ya. Love to see some progress pics, and a log if you have time

  12. Sorry to clutter up your thread, just figured it would be easier to give you a glimpse of how a approach quad (and just training in general) I’ll ask him if I can post some of his progress pics. He’s made very good gains over the past 4 months.

  14. That’s a really nice split. The only thing I’d change, and I’m not saying you should/need to do it, is rep scheme. This is a tut quads workout I made for a client, just to give you an idea of what I do. (Tut is 5s up, 5s down no pauses) Quads > Leg press tut increase weight each set > 12 reps > 10 reps > 8 reps > 6 reps but to failure should fail at 3-4 > Then same weight 6 reps regular speed (all remaining sets at reg speed) > Continue to up weight in sets of 6 till no longer get 6 but no more than 2 more sets > Last sets drop weight to half of heavy sets and pump as many reps out as possible > leg ext tut increasing weight each set > > 1x12 warm up > 1x9 > 1x6/failure > Reg rep speed (all remaining sets at reg speed) > 1x6 >increase weight 1xfailure <6 > Drop by40% > 1xfailure > tut hack squats/cissy squats if hack squats increase weight each set > 10 reps > 8 reps > 6 reps but to failure should fail at 3-4 > Then same weight 6 reps regular speed (all remaining sets at reg speed) increase weight and go to failure > Last sets drop weight to half of heavy sets and pump as many reps out as possible if hack
  15. I’m not really a lady... but apparently if I drop my hormones low enough for a year I can get all the records in woman’s powerlifting soon! (Bad joke... wish it was a joke) Most girls I know run 100mg inj primo e per week. The best advice I could give would be to test your primo with labmax. Primo is often faked and you don’t want to be injecting test p. Perhaps musclebeauty will have some good info for you.
  16. Yeah man. It’s exciting to see a few young guns nipping at the heels of the old pros. Hunter and Nick facing off is going to be awesome.
  17. How do you typically work your legs? For my clients depending on their split I’ll either have them work each leg muscle on a different day, ex. mon. Chest tri. tues. back n hams wed. Bi quads and abs thurs. shoulders and calves. One day is time under tension (5s up 5s down) and the next day is strength training. And repeat. Next split the tut days are switched to strength days. Or if they prefer legs all at once we do them twice a week. I’m pretty big on legs twice a week. One session tut and the next strength focused. And if squats aren’t a problem I think they (or variations) are the king of mass building. And a mix of rep ranges really help growth.

  19. One kilo per week is absolutely perfect for weight loss bro. I wouldn’t change a thing till that stalls, especially with the pumps you are getting. But you’re eager, I get it. You’ll be very happy with Meadows programs! I’m a huge advocate of his training philosophies. I have some interesting leg growth techniques if you’re ever interested. Love the log bro, your enthusiasm and work ethic are commendable and yielding solid results. Keep killin’ it!!
