  3. Hey guys, So recently I've been dabbling with the idea of creating content for YouTube. I started a channel years ago that was just a few videos of lifts - but now I think I'm going to expand more into some of my principles, training sessions and contest prep/offseason updates and discussion.   6. I'm not trying to be rude here... but I fail to understand why you're looking to jump into steroids? Lack of motivation? While steroids can help make things slightly more exciting, without motivation coming from yourself you'll be short changed. Next thing to understand are the side effects associated with a DHT based drug. Have you looked these up at all? What about liver toxicity? Are you concerned at all with the suppression of your natural testosterone? HRT or PCT lined up? If you haven't learnt the basics of AAS I'd suggest doing some reading before jumping in my friend.
  7. So officially 6 days out from the show, Not going to be overly specific as its pretty simple. But here is my plan running into the show. I have increased my sodium a little over a week ago... however I almost always have a decent amount, I don't count the amount as I've never found the need to be THAT precise. I will maintain my water intake going into Friday - the reason I don't load it is that I don't need to, its already going to be high enough. My typical is around 2 gallon per day. I will drop to ZERO carbs starting tomorrow, with a few additions of some fats to help maintain caloric intake to further deplete. Then we get ready for game day :)
  8. I agree, theres really no difference in pinning long esters, eod/ed or every 4-5 days. BUT that being said, someone stated as well in this thread that when it comes to the volume of the shot (total dose) I may be more likely to pin EOD then twice a week. As I'd rather pin less volume for better absorbtion then pounding 3mls everywhere. Also, interesting point you brought up about ester weight... but to be honest I wouldn't put THAT much thought into it, as lets compare say test prop and test enth... you're looking at an 80% yield vs a 70% yield so I think that the difference is pretty minimal. Since the dose is typically 2.5 to 4x that of prop (per ml) the long ester would usually be a better choice. Now if we're discussing an acetate vs enth ester... maybe thats where my opinion would switch.
  9. I really like to stick to easy to digest foods... rice crispy squares, greek yogurt, protein powders, white rice, etc... Nothing is really set in stone.
  10. I use to be big into higher estrogenic compounds - I enjoyed the added strength, and all around being a bigger guy. But my mindset has changed over time. I much prefer the look and feeling I get from running things such as Primo/Mast/EQ - orals I really only use in plateau situations and I'll tend to go more of the oral Tren/superdrol/anadrol type of route. I like things simple in the offseason as I believe if you're healthy, food is in the correct amount, anabolics are present.. you'll grow - then go harsher into contest prep.
  11. When I add in EQ I usually lower my test dose (almost think like a trt with an addition of primo). So personally I’d look at 300-500 range based off what you were doing prior.

At the moment I'm running pretty standard fair for pre contest: Tren Ace Mast Prop Proviron Halo Winstrol However, offseason wise - while I do tend to change things up quite bit, generally I like to stick to: Test Deca/EQ... maybe sometimes primo/tren Orals at certain points depending on what I'm trying to accomplish

  15. Just to update the log with a progress picture, this was taken about a week and a half ago - I don't take progress pictures too often as I never make time to do it lol Weight is currently sitting low 220's.
  16. Hey Everyone, long time no update LOL So life has been crazy busy but no complaints. To followup from what I had been dealing with in terms of the nerve issue. I had gone to see a neurologist and he conducted an EMG - anyone who hasn't had one of these amazing tests done, they basically stab you repeatedly with a needle and tell you to contract the muscle... lots of fun lol So basically I had a compressed nerve, lost about twenty pounds - had significant atrophy on my left side (arm, chest, lat, etc..) and a mild case of depression set in. BUT over time I had regained some strength and was able to start training effectively once again (granted even now, I still have to pay TONS of attention to what I'm doing or certain muscles wont fire to their full capability). I had gained some more weight and gotten back up to 245ish (maybe 250 at some point), and then kind of hit a wall. I decided to bring my weight down just to see where I'm at and challenge myself. After watching a couple of shows, and looking at my conditioning I've decided to jump into one. So currently under two weeks out - and it should be a fun time
  17. I'd start low, 1 to 2 units per day... preferably 1. If she's just going for the anti aging benefits, no more should be needed.
  18. First, I'd recommend getting HER to do her OWN research. While yes its not uncommon for women to dabble with steroids, it does present risks and she should be aware of them. Second, you never mentioned she wanted to - only whether you should give it to her? I say if she wants to let her run it, start small - see what she thinks and go from there. If shes never run anavar before, jumping to 10mg is a stupid idea. Third, and I push this moreso with women - make sure everything is optimal before introducing hormones. MOST times, there is a lack of nutrition, training or normal aspects of recovery - which could make significant changes without the potential downsides of introducing hormones. Anavar is NOT a shortcut, it is a tool that should be used at the right time. You already mentioned lack of sleep - just getting enough sleep will make a HUGE difference.
