I know I am stronger in the evening but I feel more comfortable working out in the morning. I have felt very self conscious about a few things the past while and not having 20 people around me has made things easier.  I work out from 4 am to 5 am.  Occasionally, I'll drop by in the evenings for some cardio only.

Always a good thing to read and research other opinions.  Personally I'm trying to go with 5.  It just suits my day, my work schedule and what I can handle vs what I believe to be working. Always trying to learn new things though.  

I went through this when I was 38.  Get to the fertility clinic.  They will help you out a lot. She will have to have A LOT of tests.

I was put on Clomid. no hcg although some people I know told me to do so, I didn't. Followed the doctors orders and it all worked out. He/she is going to find a window where you should be doing it the most. Maybe pick up some cialis if your erections are weak.   Listen to what they say at the clinic. Worked for me.
