@a_ahmed I had my both quad tendons PRP'd on two separate occasions with mixed results.
First time I paid $500 in 2017 for my left quad tendon post-op and it was such a shit job. The doc worked out of a local hospital in the GTA and completely rushed it. Had the syringe and blindly shot it into the approximate area of where the tendon was.
I did it again just over a year ago 2-3 weeks after having my right quad tendon repaired but got it done at the Galea Clinic/Instute of Human Mechanics (https://instituteofhumanmechanics.com/). Paid $1200 out of pocket for a single shot but honestly it was worth every penny. They did a much more thorough job via an initial consult to review MRIs and do more imaging, determined I was a good candidate for PRP and I came back a week later where they used the ultrasound to guide the injection. I went from having about 10 deg of ROM to full flexion within 2 weeks without any rehab or therapy, but gaining back strength and motor control is another story. Interestingly the doc I had works with a ton of big name BB/PL guys (Fouad, Jordan Shallows, etc).
