  1. I will keep that in mind once this runs out. Thanks for the info bro.
  2. Just picked up some animal fury pre workout. Took one scoop before my workout yesterday and it seemed like I had infinite ATP! Loads of caffeine and aminos. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a pick me up before working out.
  3. Dostinex (cabergoline) is a must have for deca and tren cycles IMO. Viagra works the best for me. I find when I lower the dose a smidge when the deca dick sides start and add those compounds it’s tolerable.
  4. Was trying to post a pic of the Nike romelos. Awesome for leg work.
  5. I usually prefer the Nike air max for the comfort, but I just recently bought some UA asserts and I may have to switch brands. What about the rest of you?
  6. What about egg whites international?
  7. Ptsd is no joke. I developed it from combat. I tried to self medicate and ignore it but it just got worse. It wasn’t until I hit rock bottom that I realized I needed help. Don’t do what I did. It leaves so many things to unravel. It doesn’t make you less of a person to need help sometimes. We are all broken from one thing or another. Wisdom is only gained from trial and error. Face our demons and prevail!
  8. The good thing about functional training is re-teaching your body to use synergist muscles in compound movements instead of isolating. This results in higher metabolism and overall better balance, coordination and overall body function. You will notice everything physical becomes easier. When they say muscle has memory they aren’t talking about the ability to re-grow faster. They are talking about the muscles ability to memorize movements like walking for instance. When you participate in functional training, you are teaching your body to use all the muscles you have for a movement.
  9. Thanks bro. I love helping people out when the opportunity comes up. I’m an open book and a sponge at the same time. Looking forward to being part of the board.
  10. Thanks. Not much into bashing anyone. Just a bit about me… I was an MMA competitor but a bit too old now. Just working on functional training. Been adding AAS to my supplements for about 8 years. Took a long break due to personal issues. Was a vet on SSB, a vet on chemicalmass, a VIP on domestic muscle before taking the break. Looking forward to sharing info and having fun. Thanks for the add
  11. I am a fighter myself. Trained through ajarn chai with the TBA. Good to see a fellow fighter on here. I am a fan of VAR and stick with functional/fast twitch training.
  12. Hey all. Took a long break but I am back in the saddle. Been on several boards that don’t exist anymore. Looking forward to sharing info and building relationships with my new found brothers/sisters!
