Hello everybody. here’s my spiel ; 29 y/o 5’7 200 lbs been training for 10 years cycled on and off for about 8 years. currently on TRT prescribed by dr, but recently added to it as my fitness regimen has been more focused and driven lately. Hope to learn here, and hopefully contribute at some point. thanks for letting me be here!
