Hey guys not a hole lot to say about myself, I love hitting the weights and other sports too. Martial arts football basketball whatever I'm fairly average and probably considered a rookie but I'm going strong getting bigger slowly and want to keep going. I'm here just for the sense of community general chit chats and good advice. I know whats up I'll read as much as I can before i bug anybody with questions.
