As i've aged i have to be more cafeful with carb quantity and quality to stay in decent shape in the off season...it seems its just not as simple as ....a calorie is a calorie...its time of day costumption of carbs as well,  or at least for me it is now!

Ment is suppose to be one of the best size gaining AAS ....also suppose to give estrogen problems bigtime...of course dose depending...still would like to run for 4 week on a recomp...running into a recomp!
