  1. Well sleep is getting a tad better since dropping the DHB damn i was really digging it too. I am now sitting at 183 pounds and am pretty lean so the gain in weight is definitely welcome. I have started my hgh into cycle 600mg eq ew Test e 250 mg ew Proviron 50 mg ed Hgh inject am upon wake up usualy 5am 6 hours after hgh inject I nail myself with mgf. I will do this for a month then use IGF des pre work out and use MGF on off days
  2. Amazojg question and 100% its all about diet and gear strategy as you get older man. Im finding tricks and sides normally i would be impartial to in my youth. Like right now since adding DHB into the mix I've become an insomniac like on tren. So yup dhb will be removed to see if that's the cause
  3. Well another great session yesterday and my hgh pen and first kit arrived all scripted and wow omnitrope is as advertised day 2 wity this and wow upon injection of 2iu I was ready for a nap lol. Going to be a nice addition I think though at 390 every 2 weeks this will get expensive but hey you only love once may as well live my best life

Today was a great arm day in the gym.cycle is now 2 weeks in 600 mg eq ew 200 dhb injected 50 mg eod Test 500mg pw Priviron 50 work up to 75 mg ew till week 10 than moving to anabull yes I know backwards but I wanna see how this injectable anabull works on me. I'm starting my scripted hgh again too at 4 in a day Qnd adding igf des pre and mgf q few hours later to help with recovery I am taking some Alex every few days as my abs look a little less defined maybe I qm holding some water which pull be expected but time will tell. God this cycle so far is great. Once the eq kicks in with dhb it going to be gang buster. Quick dumb pose just for effects once I dry out and clean up ill do a vacuum pose you can see the obliques and abs are coming in. I have one small flab less that the thickness of a sheet of paper but my Dr says as I develop and build the skin will stretch and fill in so no flap. I went from 200 to 280 in a few weeks due to an illness I retained 11 liters of excess water a few years back and well I looked pregnant. So im def happy with the road back. Thanks to everyone here im slowly getting my old talon body back just need to get my 18 inch arms back ffs
  8. Weights up to 172 and I'm starting to fill out some. I am certain there is some what water going on i can tell by the headaches that my BP is up so I'm adding some ramipril which will help with the BP...... so far so good dhb still hurts lol but it works cannot wait for the next few weeks going to be fun
  9. Well so far things are going okay the DHB first week is done and so far I'm good sure it will kick in soon. I am noticing my sleep has been shit since starting the EQ and DHB but hey it is going to be worth it. My appetite has gotten better too Meal one 4 egg whites and rye toast Snack protein shake with 1/3 cup bran buds Meal 2 chicken breats and black beans and rice Snack 2 cottage cheese and apple Meal 3 steak tenderloin stuffed peppers Snack 4 cbd gummies and heavy meal replacement Ya ya I know I know was homemade mct oil whey isolate Greek yogurt and bran buds blended up. Meal 5 was 2 ppj Sammies on whole grain Ezekiel bread

  11. Great day yesterday and things are going well. I'm now 171 and gaining. Still lean and playing again with the lean bulk. I have decided to add dhb qt 50 mg injections eod. This will hopefully slow down the irritating painful injections and i qm also adding igf des and mgf to the mix
  12. Ok ill chine in is it hepa toxic sure but I believe this is true for all gear. DEPENDING ESPECIALLY ON GENETICS. is it 3 to 4x more powerful than primo Yes. Its also double that of test dhb I mean 200 mg of dhb you would have to take up to 600mg of primo to meet that dose. As for being hard on you well I believe its based more on your genetics and diet than simply pinning it. Would I run it long term probably for me 10 weeks max for me personally. I've seen guys enzymes and CRP tests blow up where others come back normal. Again just my opinion. Is there more heair loss with DHB again genetic however primo is also one of the weaker steroids to take. Again my opinion i find primo a waste of my time and money. Again in my body I may as well inject low dose tren and save the money for groceries. I love my DHB and tren and well EQ I add dhb to both with great success however DHB sucks if you inject large volumes as does primo ace for me so I tend to keep it multiple low volume injections PW to equal 200mg and have run it for 12 weeks without bad or worrisome blood tests
  13. Yes brother you can say tren and diet did their job. But holy hell the diet was Hella easy once you get into it. The discipline it took at first was hard but now its hard to bulk like I cannot eat 2k a day clean lmao im trying but dammmmmn its hard. Its going to be alot of beef and pork and a ton of rice and beans......I'm slowly ramping up the food now at 2k and am 170lbs still lean but I have a feeling some is water but im also sure that's from the protein uptake and extra carbs

Well today went pretty well in the gym for the first real day of bulking im going to do things abit differently 450 mg eq 100mg pharma test 250 mg test e 50mg provision ED Igf des pre work out and mgf post Week 1- 4 I will use 1ml.ed Anabull for 4 weeks Then continue on with the eq and test with providing for the remaining 4 weeks Diet I will dial up calories as I go as I'm still not at the over 2k cals a day but I'm getting there as my stomach get used to eating every few hours. Pic taken in gym of midsection took alot of work but I'd say I'm pretty dialed jn .

It really does help i have really seen amazing improvements and wow does it kill the hunger im running now im mixing it up and running EQ bow with test and once im really able to really lift in a few more weeks god willing ill add the Anabul to the mix. But the brans buds have really helped keep all blood kevels stable and cholesterol was so good they are dropping me again down more in dose blood pressure pills also cut in half alot to the diet and mixing things up bran for me in the form of bran buds and added fibre of black turtle beans lol really has made a massive transformation. You keep on going brother you are kicking ass
  17. Today is my start of my bulk. Due to RA I have to be careful ill be using test and Food. I am coming out of a 3 week flair up and am now at 168 pounds fml. Needless to say I am finaly feeling better and am going to start bulking. I will be using EQ and test. I will also be adding drol and dbol injects after a few weeks once I get used to actually lifting with fibro and RA so I jave to be careful. Im open to all suggestions as a admin I have alot to learn in regards to bodybuilding with these conditions as my old ways will NOT work this time.

He has me on prednisone for flair ups and is going to allow me to use my medical cbd for inflammatiin but if it doesn't work he will add a 4 asa drug to the cbd......i really got an amazing set of drs

OK so here goes I finaly after years of aches pains and joint issues as well as myopericarditis that almost killed my to thyroid storms etc. Well i have answers I have not one but 2 autoimmune diseases seronegative RA which has trashed by hands and knees. Then possible have it in my Sacrum illium. And finaly fibromyalgia so turns out he is keeping it fibro pending 1 more flair up with a crp elevated up around flair region than he wjll sqitch diagnosis to lupis. The beaty is that either way the treatment for RA and Lupis are similar. Drugs anyway. I am controlling my joints well with the use of low dose npp and diet and exercise. The difference is now i have to work put smarter and not harder. The dr was all for me continuing to go as long as I take 3 to 4 rest days a week. And instead of running use a elliptical. Life goes on and im not going to let this define me. He was very happy with my muscle tone though i will say he poked me in a few spots and I was on the floor. I had no idea I was in pain there its crazy. But damn what a weird feeling to get bad news but feel relieved to know you were not crazy
  20. Today was great ran 5k avg pace 5.20 min per k for 5k took me a little over 26 min. Came in ate 2 whole eggs 4 egg whites 2 peices of turkey bacon and a 1/2 cup of bran buds and 1 cup whole milk. So far so good abs and core routine today with a good hour of stretching a jacuzzi therepy. Ok meal 3 was 6oz boneless skinless chicken breast fried in pure real deal unadulterated olive oil. Added to 1 cup of jasmine rice and 1/4 cup of black turtle beans. NOT FROM CAN. We do prefer to have less hands touching our food. And avoid canned or processed anything. Had a few tokes off my CBD pen slammed a ML of cbd oil and now going to crush some weights in the dungeon
  21. Man bummer I hope you heal quick. As for training. I waa encouraged by my Dr's to keep lifting just do not use or allow your effected area to be used and abused. I found that muscle memory and maybe even what I figured would cannibalize the muscle didn't happen half as bad. My Dr winked at me and said hmmmm see science lol I laughed and walked put but it worked for my arm

Bro trust me i had real nice flap if skin slowly as I adjusted cardio and dialed in diet more it went away hell I noticed upping my non soluble fiber up to over 30 grams a day was the big break. It kept me so full. 1/2 cup bran buds with milk am 1/2 cup last thing I eat with milk before I start fast. Now that im not fasting I use the bran more so now as my last meal at night. This type of fiber is amazing at leveling blood sugar amazing for your guts amazing at keeping you full and amazing for your cholesterol. Hell ive even been cooling with lard vs butter when making eggs etc. And ya big game changer my cholesterol is actually getting better NO shit both good and bad. Even mt Rhumatoid Arthritis has done better flair up free since going this diet route. So there is definitely something to this style of eating more so than just chewing up body fat
  23. Great cardio session today and an even better lifting session I am feeling the tren in full effect now holy hell im in over drove now. I have added another 200 calories to this week and am now 184 body fat is dropping still and the loose skin I once had on lower abdomen is almost all but gone. So yes it is possible I was a 40 to 41 inch waist at one point and almost 240 pounds. Now I got my shit back together and will never slide again or dirty bulk ever again
