  1. I own and use a hot tub daily. isnt it the same thing or similar to a sauna? Except I get a messaage at the same time as raising my bodies temperature.
  2. I take 2 protein shakes a day. My nutribullit makes 2 in one batch. I use Canadian Proteins Grass fed Isolate along with several of their powdered supplements. Right now it’s Alcar, L-tyrosine, taurine, citralline malate. adding peanut butter, Greek yougurt, 2 raw eggs,, raw oats, almond milk, 1 banana. I am eating one solid meal per day in the evening. The shakes keep me fed and full with low calories so I can shed inwanted fat off my midsection.

Although I agree it is not good to be sore after every single lift, I do find, in order for me to see growth and substantial progress I need to challenge the muscle to the point of being sore at least once per month or two. Otherwise I am just maintaining or seeing slow progress. Of course I receive benefits from supplementation, massage etc. I would just add soaking in my hot tub works the best.
  4. What are everyone’s experiences with tapering off instead of pct? I know Lee Preist and many others only use tapering off without any issues? Thoughts?
  5. So what exactly are real world results everyone can expect from this and are the repair results permanent or do you need to stay on to maintain.
  6. I have the same thing from flat bench pressing.....I am finding that stretching the shoulders and warming up the shoulder joints and muscles is what works best. Trying larger doses of Glucosamine Sulfate.
  7. I’ve had it for several years. Im afraid for some people it never goes away. I was off training for one year. When I went back it was still there. taking Glucasamine Sulfate now...no improvement.

  10. My cycle is not really a blast is it?! More like slow long and steady. When I get off cycle...I get off 100% for 2-4 months.

  13. GOOD TOPIC! Mine go to is.... Long cycle low dose Tri-tren, low dose Test E, and low dose Anavar @ 25 mgs pre workout only! 200 mgs tritren/250 mgs Test e weekly. Yes I can feel & see the Anavar results. There are days I forget the Anavar & the difference is significant. Muscle and strength built slow and steady. Best recomp! No sides. Not too harsh. I’m 56 and everyone asks if I’m on juice.This cycle also has me repping out 110’s on an incline bench. Pretty good for my age. The Recomp & muscle growth has me looking as good or better than most gym rats in their 20’s & 30’s without the inflated phoney oversized chemistry lab look.
