  1. I look at it like running something well studied verse not. Also, mk-677 is not a SARM. More of a growth hormone secretagogue or peptide mimetic. At least in some countries this is something that has been prescribed to humans so a little more well known.
  2. Honestly, I think the doctor is on the right path. I'm not saying you have to cut out AAS forever but lets get the heart rate down and BP under control. Doing cardio will likely help with everything a lot. People are too afraid it will cause you to lose your gains or prevent you from adding muscle. It won't. Not at the levels of cardio you need to do. In fact it could increase your appetite and insulin sensitivity helping you put on leas muscle tissue. Make health the priority and honestly your levels don't sound that bad. Of course some bloodwork could say otherwise (another thing that should be checked). But go the recommended route, Test down to 125ish a week for now to prevent a crash, add in cardio slowly (walking is a great place to start), and monitor changes. How much sleep are you getting? Any supplements? Those things are factors as well.
  3. Don't stop AAS cold turkey if you're in the middle of the cycle. A hormone crash can cause problems with that. Regarding the training, stay out of the gym it will delay you getting better. Don't tax a central nervous system that is already taxed. That and you get others sick spreading germs.
  4. If going with the aromasin route (a great direction) make sure to consume it in a meal with fat since it's fat soluble. You want to ensure it's actually being absorbed.
  5. A nice ass. Tits can be bought.
  6. I don't often leave reviews on products but try to give my opinion on topics whether it's training methods, current competitors, longevity, supplementation, or other theories. However, I did want to jump in this thread and say while they have been private, they have been around long enough that I've used them for awhile and definitely have no complaints. Everything seems strong and works exactly as it should. With the products I've ran I haven't had any PIP.
  7. If you guys are on TRT and also HCG you should mention how much test with the HCG as someone running 75-100mg/week of test plus 500iu HCG 3 times a week is much different than just 500iu of HCG a week. For myself, only on Test at 125mg/week unless I decide to add in something like HCG by myself.
  8. Vega was recently involved in issue where a study came up with a large amount a heavy metals in their product https://www.nutraingredients-usa.com/Article/2018/03/02/Study-that-alleges-many-protein-powders-contain-heavy-metals-gets-big-pushback-including-threatened-legal-action Personally, I would look for a better option.
  9. You may need to reword what you wrote. 12 weeks of 1000mg/week test prop (sounds like a pain in the ass, literally) or 600mg prop + 200mg test c/week? But then you mention deca or did you mean 600mg deca and 200 test but I'm not sure why that much deca combined with such a smaller amount of test c? To give you some sort of response, I personally believe, generally speaking, testosterone is less bad for your health than deca.
  10. I don't like that they use palm kernel oil. It's cheap and bad for LDL cholesterol. Plus with that pricing i can't help but feel other ingredients are sub par. Like when it says "Partially produced with genetic engineering"
  11. I use a Braun Series 7 shaver. If the hair is long i use the little slide out trimmer to cut the hair down and then use the regular razor part of it for the close shave. Works well for me and been using it for years. I have the clean and charge station so i can clean it every so often.
  12. When I saw the title I was thinking, I didn't know that was a thing. Good to see it's new and not something that I somehow missed. I recall seeing that douche from 6 pack abs on Youtube do some terrible pull-ups and then call it a world record. I'm not sure if that guy is even still around.

    Good day

A familiar name from boards back in the day. Welcome
  14. Yes your GP/family doctor can get everything analyzed. However, some are a bit hesitant to do so just because it's the medical system paying for it so you have to hope your doc is good with it. Aside from that, many naturopathic doctors will get whatever you want tested but you have to pay for it. You pay them, they get a cut, and then send you for the labs. Benefit here is since medical system isn't paying for it you can do it as much as you want and test whatever you want. There are some life extension type clinics in Canada that offer that as well but generally more expensive.
  15. The same sort of things I take when I'm "off". It's more about monitoring things more closely to see if anything is getting out of normal ranges like blood pressure.
