  1. Whatever you're comfortable with. If you dont want to get bigger than you dont need to leave the" toxicity" for a bulk. Personally I'll never use tren unless show related. In your shoes id run 250 test.
  2. Caber is a toss up. I wouldnt but doesnt hurt to have on hand. Same with AI.
  3. I blast and cruise so it's more common in my case I suppose.. but helios ia clen and nicotine? Unless you're already a smoker what about just clen? Or eca instead? I like the cutting on minimal gear and saving that hormones for the calorie excess. However I made great progress with my last contest prep. Ive used tren at 200 and 400. I feel like 200 is enough for me. How is your horomone response? I seem to have quite favorable response so take that with a grain of salt but I'd run on the lower end of an effective dose for you. Alternatively you could push your tren up high drop the test low and do a very rapid cut. With either tren frontloaded or a heavy calorie reduction around week 3. I find your body can cope with the heavy reduction without consequence at the beginning of a cut. Realistically in this fashion you could be down the 15 in a month
  4. What about a cut on like 300mg test and save the gear for a bulk? More gear usually means more appetite. Unless you tren nukes yours. Winny is probably not necessary unless you want to see some extra veins. How much are you planning on dropping?
  5. Ive had an assortment of their products. I've used some homebrew and pareto as well. All seemed good to go Var seemed good to go. Comparable to raws I used. Similiar bloods Tbol both times I used did what was intended. Maybe slightly weaker than homebrew(easily could have been a capping issue) Winny. Good to go T400. Had some pip cut with another compound and it was fine. Masteron was more effective than home brew Test c gtg Sustanon gtg Proviron gtg Deca gtg just not for me All around no issues. Currently finishing up recovering from a show. 5'10.5 208 10%bf Planning on a cruise for the next 6 to 8 months on 250mg test.my goal here is to slowly push the envelope on my calories and increase my TDEE. I wont go above 15 percent. And a quick cut after to prime myself for a blast Afterwards my plan is s bulk with 500 test 600 eq And starting with either anadrol/anavar/tbol. 50/80/50 respectively. (Anadrol was not kind to me last time and I dropped but it was in combo with deca which doesnt agree with me) (Tbol has had no negative effects on my bloods or BP and good progress) (Var my HDL takes a hit but otherwise its okay. I respond well to var before the stigma of it being a women's drug comes around) Training is currently a style of ppl
