  1. What do you mean jacked you up? What are these side effects you experienced a few years ago?
  2. I did a quick google and it is legit. Causes are things like weight gain, smoking, some medications, prostate issues. But nothing found regarding test or e levels.
  3. Was going on holidays for three weeks one time. I remember doing 2g of test e the morning I flew out. Also pinned a ton the week leading up.

  11. Look up the Doggcrapp dctraining treadmill calf workout. I quite often skip rope for cardio and that blows the calves up.
  12. I always tell the kids to take care of their bodies. Use chiro. Use massage. Use accupuncture. Use cupping therapy. Back when I was young this stuff was considered voodoo. Foam rolling didn't exist. Take 2 tylenol and call me in the morning was the approach. The first time I went to chiro I was 1.5 inches shorter on the one side or so he thought. A couple of treatments later I was back straight. Now think how much torque that created on my spine and hips over 10 years. But you don't notice it because its a slow process. But you pay the price later on. Recently started muscle flossing for my elbows and shoulders.

  15. I fall asleep the second my head hits the pillow most of the time. I do shift work. Afternoon shift ends at 11:30 pm. Usually sleeping by 1 am but my wife is up around 6 to get ready for work. Seven straight days of that and I'm beaten down.
  16. Tofu and seitan are obvious ones. Try all kinds of things with legumes. Never had falafel prior. Never had East Indian food. I'm not sure why I started eating meat again. When I have East Indian I still order the veg dishes.
  17. I was vegetarian for roughly 10 years. Vegan for a good portion of that. If nothing else it opens up a person trying new foods. I had never had hummus or even an avocado prior. If I didn't have access to my meat supplier I would still be.
  18. First thing in the morning as well. Ephedrine, caffeine and away we go.
