  1. But YT is just the tip of the iceberg for him. He's really interesting when you go a little deeper. He's just marketed a new Berberine product as well that is worth looking into. It's not entirely unique but given his background I would trust it. It's also a great laternative to Metformin that a lot of people utilize but recently I have come to doubt the benefits vs downsides of metformin after watching Stan Efferding, whom I really believe in, really beat the shit out of using etformin unless you're diabetic of course
  2. I can say honestly that my wife is better on it than not, in the winter, as she suffers from SAD. I'm currently on 10,000 IU full time and I have her on 4000/8000 summer/winter. There's no mistaking the positive impact in my eyes after being with her for 12 years now and having tons of time in to recollect and go by. Anyone that knows me knows I'm a huge fan/follower of Dr Rand and he is very vocal about 10k IU/day ful time, and especially if running gear. Thats good enough for me and given how cheap it is.... @BobTheOldLifter Out of curiosity what marker are you watching? Total?
  3. Great job man! I think those chicken wings make all the diff too, bwahahahahaha! Seriously though you look great. Good on you!
  4. Bingo! Yup thats me lol, like a tomato! I honestly didnt try extended and titration so I'll give it a whirl and see how I make out. Like most stuff start low and go slow, I should have just tried that just got so annoyed at the bloody flush. its one of the reasons I wont use anything with beta Alinine if I can at all avoid it, that flush and itch lol... thanks for the coming info on the k2, I appreciate it.
  5. I forgot to mention. I take just the bare min of Niacin as no matter what brand or type I can't escape the flush and I hate it, even all of the non flush ones I react to so what can ya do. Resveratrol I used to take but then I read a couple of studies about brain atrophy and although likley not a concern for healthy sorts with my health issues and the related cognitive impact I thought it best to forgo. Just something to think about for anyone with similar issues. I want to add K2 as I really should and somehow really sort of missed the benefits until recently. If you have a brand that you have had good luck with please point me at it as it always takes more time researching that part to make sure you get a quality supp! thanks mate.
  6. Indeed. It definitely costs me more in supplies but I backfill everything. Doesn't matter what gauge I am pinning with, that needle never hits the vial. I've sen both ends of the argument but all I can say is personally I always feel and see the difference pinning with a fresh vs vial stuck needle.
  7. Indeed. Agreed! There is no way you have maxxed your genetic potential as of yet unles you are the exception to every rule. At 18 years old, unles you have a medical issue of some sort, your Test levels will already be as high or higher naturally, most likley, than old puds like me, at 54, and pinning 150mg-300mg/week depending on what I'm up to at the time. You are quite literally at the easiest time of your life to build a physique naturally! 1. Clean up your diet. I'm sure there is room for improvment in a direction that will help you get better results 2. 14% BF according to who? I'll bet you are well over 20%, most people have no clue as to their actual BF% unless it has been correctly and accurately measured and that is not nearly so simple as some of these clinics would have you believe. Forget water and machines, get someone knowledgabel on you with the calipers. 3.What does "been lifting consistantly" mean? I'd think if you were hitting the gym 5 days a week you'd just say that. I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess you aren't working out nearly enough to get the results you are looking for 4.Stop looking for shortcuts. Put in the work. 5.At your age you're just going to fuck up your hormones way too early, stay away from the juice, PERIOD! That includes all of the androgenic SARMS and whatever else. Not much else I can say but coming from someone who has struggles with hormones due to medical issues, there is no way in hades I'd be doing anything to fuck them up knowingly andthat is exactly the road you are headed down! Enjoy life man. You'll never be 18 again and yes you can be in great shape, infinitely easier than the rest of us older guys, so do that naturally and then go out with your friends and chicks and have fun. Lol, it is so true what Shaw said about youth being wasted on the young hehehehehehe
  8. I am a huge fan of Choline/Inositol/Methianine for starters. This combination at 3grams/day of each, for 30 days, run once per quarter or 3 times a year depending on your substance use, is as good or better than any pharma for clearing out the sludge from your liver, the one caveat being any fatty liver issues as a result of alcohol use, lol...I also supplement lower doses of each daily at 300mg per supplement. I also use Omega 3 at 4grams each of the 2 per day. I supplement with Ashwagandha dosed at 300-1000mg per day depending on the concentration of the product I can get at any given time as the one brand I like the most I have ahard time getting reliably as it is not available in Canada. This has a very positive impact on Cortisol that then positively impacts your lipids. 3 grams of very high quality Agmatine per day. I can't say enough about this stuff but you need to make sure that you get the Arcane Sulphate free type as at higher doses the Arcane Sulphate content is neurotoxic. I bring mine in from China as any of the retail available products are just too damned expensive to maintain that dosing regime. I bring in a couple of kilos at a time for myself and a couple oif friends and to spread out the freight cost but its still dirt cheap at I think $40 USD/kilo the last time I bought it. The over-all positive health impact is so under publisized it really is a shame. Mundane but definitely positively impacting supplements...Garlic, Ginger, Fenugreek, Ginseng. These are all dirt cheap and all have solid research on them to support their cholesterol benfits. There are also lots of combination products available. I take a daily multi-vitamin that although not lipids specific helps to maintain metabolism and protein synthesis which again will ultimately impact lipids in a positve fashion. Its nothing special except that it has all the trace minerals (especially Selenium), & Acetyl L Carnitine. Lastly, and I think that covers it, lol, Fiber and maintaining good hydration. I drink Gatorade Zero by the truckload lol. Its literally the only thing I have found that keeps me hydrated and doesnt have all the sugar in it that normal GA has. I want to add a supplement that contains Berberine, Gymnema, and a couple other supps in it as they seem to work as really good Glucose Disposal Agents and again although not really directly involved with the lipids the tertiary impact will still be positive. Right now the cost is the thing as its pretty significant. Soon as I can afford it then it gets added. edit: The longer the list gets the more I forget lol...10k IU D3 (10k/day Dr Rand advice lol) was left out.
  9. I agree. I had a brief stint where my BP shot up and my first step was to dial back the AAS I was using that seemed most obvious to be the culprit. It turned out to be a combination of things, one AAS related and one not at all but dialing back the PED effectively nipped the issue in the bud. Many docs that are experienced in the field will tell you that unless your BP is way off the charts the imminent danger is very much overblown unless you have a known history of cardiac issues or a genetic predisposition for catastrophic cardiac events. Dr Rand MClian for example has been a very vocal practitioner on this topic for years, also mentioning that your BP being somewhat high, or higher, at times is not nearly so much of a worry as a sustained and massive increase at much higher levels that the colored zones on those machines would indicate. Most BP meds are not without their own issues so being able to mitigate without going there is definitely a positive, Food for thought.
  10. I've never run what could be considered high doses of Masteron but at 300mg/week the one thing that I can say it is excellent for, in my case anyway, is eliminating any excess fluid that i was carrying and that includes any that was causing any level of edema in my lower quadrants. I have had an issue with edema for quite some time, completely unrelated to PEDs and as soon as I started using Masteron it basically vanished. Previously I used diuretics that whille effective had their own issues and I can say honestly that the Masteron is significantly more effective. At 300mg/week it hasn't seemed to have any negative sides either and on my next bloods in about 6 weeks we'll see what they say but I'm not really expecting any surprises. I stick to my supplement regime to maintain my strong lipids profile, have my test dialed in so no Estradiol issues and where I have been pinning every day anyway I switched out to all short esters as why not and am seeing a bit of a boost in metabolism and energy that Lord knows right now I need lol...Thats likley from the NPP that is part of my current regime as I try to dial in what AAS are of the most personal benefit and at what doses, with an eye toward as low as possible in all cases.
  11. Indeed. The conversion from rodent dose to human dose also makes a massive difference in what dose you are looking at that MAY cause a problem related to cancer.. If I recall, from memory, the factor for the conversion is .16 so that would equate to a danger dose of about 1.6mg/kg for humans so for a 100kg human (220lbs) or 160mg/day. Thats is well above anything any sane person would take. So based on that I would posit that cardarine really doesn' pose much of a threat to cause cancer in humans so long as you stick to a safe dose and cycles.
  12. Hahahahaha, indeed, if they only knew how wrong they are about everything.. "Curls for the girls" may be a saying but it's a joke not a reality. I got far more trim at that age because I had the rap down and was decent looking, not a chut. Knowing how to talk to girls/young women will get you a lot farther than huge muscles from juice. Being in decent shape, being a jock didnt hurt, using your brain, and being just enough of a bad boy to intrigue but not so much that their dad wants to run you off with a shotgun hehehehehe....all of that works infinitely better than killing your hormonal system so early but it's also some work to learn and just like they are doing PEDs because they don't have th ework ethic to max their genetic potential, they're short cutting by doing it at all.
  13. I love doing my pecs. As long as you find the right spot and dont overdo it with volume its all good but I know a few people that say its just bloody awful pain wise putting the pin in that area. So the first time I did it I pinned like a half cc of Test E in each side and maybe its the oil pooling and spreading out but I swear my pecs haven't looked that good in years lol...my wife noticed right off like they instantly tightened up. They say that you can't get local benefits from pinning but I dunno man. At some point I'm gonna have a go at filling them with Test Base too see what happens lol
  14. The one big thing that I will add, and this is a personal pet peeve. While people may have the right to do as tey please so long as it doesn't negatively impact others, when I see for example a a 20 year old, in good health, talking about wanting to run AAS cycles, who is then asked questions about their diet, work-out regimen etc etc and responds haughtily with things like "what difference does it make how long I have been working out" or "what's it to you what I am eating", it really grinds my gears. people that haven't even remotely begun to experience their own personal fullest potential b4 adding PEDs are literally robbing themselves of that opportunity or the reward/satisfaction that will come along with. The lack of desire even to experience that based on hard work and determination alone speaks volumes. We have then, at that moment, at the realization of it, crossed over and away from anything relating to the physicality of it, to the physical performance enhancement, and are now dealing with quite simply put, a lack of strength in character. You may well be legally able to do whatever to your body but the fact that you lack the desire to put in the work, sans the shortcuts, speaks directly to the weakness of your character and perhaps even to the level of vanity and hubris that is displacing things like altruistic pride, and work ethic. A little older, a little wiser, and having either reached your full genetic potential minus any PEDs and have at it, perhaps if the intent from the start is to get a pro card in BB then have at it but wanting to look good at the beach, in your mind look better than what solid hard work time in the gym will yield....well that just doesn't cut it in my humble opinion and again is symptomatic of the failings/flaws in character thatI mentioned! Theres a YT vid by some guy named Noah something or other talking about all of the things he wished he'd know before embarking on TRT. None of the things were any mystery and the info was all easily found and some of it, like eating a healthy diet is just good old fashioned common sense but somehow it was lost on him and apparently he needed someone to tell him that you need to eat healthy. Worse, somehow he got it in his head that testosterone was some super-human ability granting compound that would remove the necessity to eat healthy and that would fix all of his other problems like mental health issues etc. He wishes that he knew that wsn't the case before ever starting on TRT? 0 effort put into research/learning, 0 attempts to contact someone who is an expert, 0, 0, 0, 0 of anything but after the fact whinging and whining about it. The only certain way to fail at anything,, to achive 0 results as a certainty, is inaction! So as much as anyone may have the right to do whatever, so long as people refuse to take personal responsibility for their actions, it is going to create a problematic scenario where we will then have the conflict between a person's rights and perhaps society as a whole needing to protect that person from themselves! Just some food for thought!
  15. Dude, 1600 cals is starvation, you're gonna make yourself miserable. If I might suggest taking a look at Greg Doucette's YT channel to picxk up a bit of his info on nutrition. If you have enough time for training to live by the calories in/calories out credo then you don't need to exist on so few cals. Just a thought because I know 1st hand just how little food 1600 cals is and how frustrating it is trying to live life on so little.
  16. Wow, re-reading this thread and looking at how far I am from there in just that 5 months. How quickly an empty vessel fills with the elixir of knowledge, lol... I had 0 luck with SubQ for oils. Anything water based, like peptides, no issue but oils were problematic. regardless of the size of the shot, I was developing irritation, abscess, etc etc Going the IM route and with rare exception, no issues at all. I rotate my IM pins though delt, Tricep, Bicep, Pecs, Lats, and VG. Tricep, bicep, pecs are done with30g slin pins as the muscle is right there and reached no problem with a12.5mm pin, Delts and Lats are 5/8" 25g (could easilly go 27g but I get a better deal on 25g pins) and the VG I do with a 1" pin and I recenlty got hold of some 30g x 1" pins that work amazingly well with the only caveat being as they are so fine you want to be extra careful with them and not horse them around at all as if they were 25g. Maybe they are tougher than i worrry about but better safe than sorry. Their impact profile is so slight that you'd think everyone would be using them bit I gather a lot of folks worry about the same fragility that I do. It literally seems like forever ago that I posted this thread lol...
  17. Actually, believe it or not, that wouldn't phase me a bit...I thrive on that shit. When I used to work in the industry it was common for me to show up with a couple helpers and turn out a 200 seat dinner thing for say a political party office after an election or some corporate event. When you know what you are doing and put a couple competant sets of hands in support roles doing the grunt work, you really can do an awful lot solo!
  18. Indeed. There is a very disturbing wave of people getting on the web places like YT now and pushing this ideology of "if you feel fine then you are fine and bloodwork bah! who needs that" This is wrong PERIOD! If you look at where this is being said and drill down you can see what is happening and like many many times is the case, it all comes down to some wanker(s) trying to take advantage of weak minded, impressionable, or vulnerable people, in order to earn a buck! I always rationalize it like this. "No one ever woke up looking forward to their day, had a great breakfast, kissed the wife and kids goodbye, headed off to work with a smile on their face and whistling a happy tune, just feeling thankful to be alive that fine day and feeling like a million bucks...and then...BAMMO...that guy drops dead of a heart attack or a stroke or whatever, out of the blue and completely without warning. Autopsy reveals issues that would have for sure shown up in a routine physical had he just had one but hey, he felt great....That scenario has just never happened has it? Sure it has, many times. Thats why we get bloodwork!
  19. So what do your bloods say about your Estradiol levels?
  20. I'm not going to preach on this but I'm going to say flat out...You literally have no idea what you are doing and taking insulin even 1 single time again before you educate yourself is Russian Roulette.. So many things here, dose relationship to carb intake, your personal physiology re carbs processing etc, do you have a blood glucose meter that you are using to measure with so that you can establish the correct dosing as you didn't mention it? What does "sparingly" mean and the 15iu amount means nothing without knowing everything else. it could be enough and it could also be far too much and fast acting vs ??? relating to the dosing as well. I am no expert but I know enough to know that I would never pin even once at your level of knowledge. Not trying at all to insult you or offend but this stuff can be life threatening even from a simple thing where you miscalculate cards/dose whatever. I can't remember his name but I recall watching a video about a bodybuilder who was left paralyzed after an insulin mishap, alone and found hours later. Do yourself a favor and find a mentor that can help you with this in person, not researching stuff on the internet. But beyond that, if you are not trying to get your pro card, why even bother!
  21. No worries man, more of a heads up so as not to get too far down the wrong path Carry on :{)=
  22. One of my degrees is in culinary arts, the study of which, strangely, runs the gamut from accounting practises to ice sculptures and everything inbetween. I was mentioning in chat this evening what I was cooking for the wife and I so I thought I would throw up some pics. Cooking also helps me to relax if I'm feling wound up or stressed. The full belly at the end sure doesn't hurt either lol... So the pictured dish is fairly simple but oh so tasty. pan seared then oven roasted boneless pork loin roast, oven roasted mini potatoes, and green/yellow beans with carrots, steamed over water with a splash of lime citrus and pink salt!. The potatoes and pork are seasoned with rosemary and thyme, salt and pepper and the pork is finished/served with a reduction of the pan juices, apple cider, shallot, skyr yogurt, and a small pat of butter for flavor and a nice sheen. The warm, happies, as my wife calls how your stomach feels, is the best relaxation tool ever, lol!
