  1. Blood tests are in and everything seems to be as expected. Test is about 6-7x natural levels, LH and FSH are tanked, e2 is significantly higher than natty yet no symptoms of high e2 that I'm aware of. Wondering if I should still does some aromasin to keep my levels down a bit? Or should I just ride it out?
  2. Been a couple weeks since an update but here we go. Weight is now up to 217.9lbs but muscles gains seems to be slowing down a bit while fat is going up. Likely due to my recent food habits. Lots of fast food. Definitely going to cut back on that to minimize additional fat gains as it's getting noticeable around the waist. Overall though I'm liking the look, just feeling more beefy which is great for someone who always felt skinny. One thing in particular I'm very happy about is my neck circumference went from 14.5in to 16.5in since the start of my cycle. Hated how skinny my neck looked before and it really seems that the neck exercises i do are paying off. Insane growth in such a short time. On another note, I hit some pretty wild numbers for me last week. Squat 425x4 CGBP 275x6 Deadlift 500x6 Very happy with those lifts. Unfortunately I was really pushing my luck benching again. I really want to hit that 3 plate but my elbows are hurtin again so i got to lay off. Really need to figure out this issue. I'm taking this week off of lifting since my muscles/joints just feel completely trashed. I've yet to notice any real recovery benefits from test. Like I'm definitely getting stronger but still feel sore all the time. Maybe it's still too early the cycle? Still haven't noticed any e2 symptoms, so I haven't felt the need to take any AI yet. I'm going for my blood test this Saturday so we'll see what that shows.
  3. Was supposed to pin the other VG but it just wasn't a good weekend to have to deal with the PIP from that. I've done both glutes for a second time now which went well with only a small amount of soreness. Just confirms that I was dealing with virgin muscle PIP. Starting to feel a little stronger in the gym. Libido, confidence and general well being also seem to be slightly improved. Nothing too dramatic, just feel like myself but a little better overall. Still don't feel the need to take an AI at this point, no estrogen sides as of yet. Got another body scan done and again the results are showing significant muscle gain and very little BF. At this point I have no doubts about the quality of the gear. From 192.0 to 201.6, up 5.5 of muscle mass and 0.5lbs of fat only increasing my BF% by 0.1% compared to last week. Going to be doing these weekly since things happen fast on cycle and seeing the results have been highly motivating
  4. Virgin muscle pain I'm assuming, I was kinda just putting them in the same basket. Going to hit a muscle for the second time tomorrow so it'll be interesting to see how it feels the second go
  5. Pinned my VG on Saturday and holy fuck the PIP was hell. Pinned at noon and could barely walk a few hours later. Got a bit better on Sunday but still struggling with basic movements. Worked up to a squat set of 325x10 today and after that the pain was too much to finish the rest of the sets. If it wasn't for this damn PIP everything would be gravy man. Gonna pin my ass again tomorrow and do my other VG next Saturday since I can't be dealing with that again during the work week. Looking forward to when it doesn't hurt this much to inject
  6. Alright it's now been a week on cycle and everything is going great. I put on an insane amount of weight this week effortlessly. I didn't even increase my calories all that much thinking it would be best to take it slow at first to wait for the test to really kick in. I did an InBody scan last Thursday just for shits to see where that weight was going. As you can see in the picture, in 7 days I went from 182.5lbs to 192.0lbs while remaining at the same bodyfat% and skeletal muscle mass went up 4.6lbs. It's no blood test but that's a pretty damn good indication the test is hitting hard right from the start. I'm already pushing 200lbs on the scale today while still looking and feeling lean. I'm still going to get an actual blood test done about 4-5 weeks in. I honestly wasn't expecting it to work this quick based on what I've read. Also now that the PIP is mostly cleared up on both sides, I can say in hindsight the second injection PIP was definitely shorter and less intense than the first. So I do believe heating the vial and injecting more slowly helped. I'm going to try the Z track method as some of you have mentioned, thanks for suggestion. I'm still using 27g atm, heating the oil with a heat gun for several seconds helped with flow significantly.
  7. Second pin was on Tuesday, pinned the other glute and still got PIP despite heating the vial and injecting more slowly. Must just be that virgin muscle PIP, not much you can do. Right now I'm planning to rotate sites between glutes, VG and thighs. Really not looking forward to thigh PIP. RIP leg day
  8. First enhanced training session today, obviously still way too early to feel any difference. Running canditos 6 week powerlifting program with my own bodybuilding exercises afterwards. Squat - 325 4x6 Deadlift - 410 2x6 Back/abs/legs bodybuilding accessories Injection site feels like someones punched me in the ass but I guess that's what PIP is all about. Seems to be fading now though. Going to try warming the vial up and injecting more slowly next time to see if it helps at all.
  9. Well, I'm official on steroids. Had a friend pin my ass last night and there really wasn't much to it. Didn't feel the 27g needle at all but she did say it took quite a bit of effort to push the oil through. Gonna put an order in for 25g needles as you all have suggested to make things a little easier. Injection area is a little sore this morning but that's about it.
  10. Little update since it's been awhile. Still going to run this cycle, in fact I'm planning my first pin this Sunday. Decided to delay it due to an elbow injury I got from BB benching. Tendonitis or some shit, not really sure what's going on there. Been able to flat DB bench recently without any issues though so I'm sticking with that atm. Gonna try messing around with form/technique to see if maybe I'm just doing it wrong. Anyway here are my pre cycle stats 183lbs Squat 405x1 Deadlift 535x1 Flat DB Bench 110's 3x10 Excited to get started for my first cycle
  11. How would you dose Nolva on cycle? I'm considering this right now as it seems like a good idea to keep estrogen as high as tolerable to maximize gains. Also preemptively keeping any potential gyno at bay is certainly ideal.
  12. I'm 28 and yes I'm absolutely going to bulk. The goal is to increase my lifts and put on mass. Also, I'm gonna give the 27g needles a try and see how that goes. Honestly want to get away with the smallest needle I can and the MCT oil looks quite thin
  13. I'm not going to be officially starting my first cycle for another month and a half or so but I figured I'd get this post started and lay down my plans. I'm currently cutting and still gaining quite a bit of strength since I had been out of the gym for a couple months earlier this year. I'll update with current photos and lifts once I get closer to the cycle. I train for powerlifting and am currently running 5/3/1 Stats: 6'2 191lbs InBody scan shows 6% body fat. I'm fairly lean but I have a hard time believing 6% yet it's supposedly a pretty accurate machine Current lifts (lbs) all AMRAP sets: OHP: 135x9 Deadlift: 440x8 Bench: 230x12 Squat: 300x13 First Cycle: 500mg Test E/w for 16 weeks Aromasin on hand for AI PCT 2 weeks after last shot: Nolvadex 40/40/20/20/20/20 23g drawing needle and 27g 1 1/4in pinning needle My bloodwork also came in with interesting results. It shows my test levels at 8.4nmol/l which is borderline low yet I dont feel any of the symptoms of low T. I generally feel great, motivation is high, muscle and strength increasing and body fat stays low. Certainly curious what this will mean for my first cycle and the effect it'll have on me. I'm even considering lowering the weekly test dose based on this, like 300-350mg instead of 500mg. Thoughts?

    Used the maple website and got the blood lab paperwork i needed in less than 10 mins. Amazing. Highly recommend that service for anyone struggling getting blood work done in Canada. Gonna bring it in tomorrow and get it done. Really appreciate the help here

    How are you getting your bloodwork? I tried to be totally upfront and honest with my doc which landed me bare bones blood work (half the stuff I asked for) and no future bloods or tests because she doesn't support my decision to use testosterone. Definitely fucks with my plans to do this as safely as possible. I'm in the military, which makes things a little more complicated.
  16. Totally agree, I'm going to try and get bloods done fairly soon and see where all my levels are before I start. Nothing is set in stone until I can get the results. Being in the CAF in Alberta makes things a little more challenging though since I don't see many options to go about it. Just gonna be honest with the doc and hope for the best really.
  17. Awesome man, nice to see someone else going down this path around the same time as me. I like your style, 300mg/week would be considered low by most but I see nothing wrong with starting slow and safe as possible for your first cycle, and you can always raise it midway through if you want. Personally, I'm leaning towards the traditional 500mg/week.
  18. Hello friends, Just another Canadian here looking to get into the world of anabolics. I've been doing a significant amount of research on the subject lately after a friend showed me a picture of his Test E vial. It's always been on my mind for the past 4 years when I started lifting and I guess that was all the motivation I needed to finally go down the rabbit hole. I train for powerlifting with a focus on also looking good. I'm planning my first cycle of Test E in about 4 months. Looking forward to taking my training and physique to the next level.
