  1. Once you have access to proper food I would suggest dropping as much fat as possible prior to doing any type of gaining cycle. You are carrying significant amounts of body fat and when levels get this high your just increasing insulin resistance and any type of calorie surplus will result in predominantly fat gain not muscle. Get your weight down to 200lbs and then look at gaining muscle. T
  2. No need to start any drugs. You have plenty of weight to lose and a cycle works much better when you are more insulin sensitive. Post your diet and cardio schedule and I can provide suggestions. T
  3. Skipping meals or IF works for dropping weight and IF at least once per week is great for overall health. Now if you are talking body composition from a bodybuilding perspective then skipping meals and IF is not optimal for preserving lean mass while dropping fat only...body composition can suffer. T
  4. If you are doing 30 min daily when was the last time that changed. Typically cardio should be increased in duration over time, so if you started the diet at 30min daily by week 6 or so you would probably be doing 45 min daily. If you havent changed the diet or cardio since starting then its a no brainer that your fat loss has stalled.
  5. Progress on any diet will eventually come to a halt because the body adapts. Cardio should be utilized (walking) starting with a moderate amount daily ie 20min and then each week either maintaining or increasing duration slightly to avoid slowing fat loss. The diet may be fine but the process is not static. This means the diet, cardio , etc will all need to be tweaked in order to prevent adaptation. T
  6. I would mention only domestic flights, the risk increases substantially flying across borders. T
  7. As long as you put it in your checked bag there should be no issues. I have done it 100 times. The only issue is if you try to bring it on carry on, you will run into trouble doing that. T
  8. Not sure about the soap but if you need help with acne what works well is: 1. keep skin clean...shower morning, after gym, and before bed 2. change bed linens and pillow case weekly 3. use clear 100% pure soap, no dove, no shower gel crap …natural tea tree oil soap from health food store is the best 4. use benzyl peroxide gel after your skin has been washed and dried...Benzagel 5% is the best 5. avoid any foods with white flour or white sugar ie glucose, HFC, etc they cause inflammation big time 6. take 3-5g timed release pantothenic acid (B5) twice daily 7. use a tanning bed once weekly...use medium setting you dont want to irritate the skin just have the UV rays kill the bacteria 8. keep your skin moist and supple...immediately after showering when you are still wet rub baby oil all over and massage it in well...the towel off...most will come off and you will be left with dry moist skin but without the oily or greasy feel of skin moisturizers...trust me this works wonders and will not cause breakouts....i was always afraid of moisturizers for that reason...no issues 9. keep your hands off your face while training...use a towel...your hands are chalk full of bacteria...not only will you get acne but you may catch a cold or flu virus 10. Use Clavulin (875/125mg Amox TR/Potassium Clavulanate) an oral antibiotic to clear skin up and maintain clear skin...it works dramatically in a few days at a dose of 875/125 twice daily...maintenance at once per day...ask your Dr he should have no issue prescribing it
  9. Aspirin thins the blood hence why itd taken for those with high hematocrit. It also tends to lower blood pressure not raise it. T
  10. The next Mr O will be Flex Lewis, you heard it here first. Top six (in no particular order) Flex, Brandon, Roelly, Luke, Nathan, Bonac. The only exception would be if Kai decides to compete...then I feel it will be between him and Lewis. T
  11. The only issue with Himalayan is it lacks iodine which most people are deficient in. T
  12. Wait until his wifes lawyers are done with him...ouch. T
  13. His career is finished. Not to mention hes done financially. T
  14. Exactly most dont know what albuterol is and if it were more effective then clen it would be widely used. Ergogenic aids that work well tend to rise to the top and stay there. Albuterol has been around for a significant time and many boards have discussed it and many sites try to market it however it has never become main stream like clen simply because it isn't as effective. If I am going to spend money on something I want the most bang for my buck thus I would choose clen over albuterol everytime. T
  15. The animal studies done on both albuterol and clenbuterol never transferred over to humans. The excitement initially seen with studies on cattle and rats showed significant increases in lean body mass which have never translated over to humans. So I wouldnt put much faith in studies done on rats. If you do a comparison of those who have used the items the majority will tell you Clen is by far superior. Ask anyone in the know in BB and clen use to albuterol use is 100:1. Dave P over at Rxmuscle has discussed this to death. Here is an excerpt: "Dave- Im going to begin a cutting cycle and wondered what your thoughts were on Albuterol as a fat burner. I have tons of the stuff in different forms(inhaler, liquid)my brother used to have asthma. How much should i take and what is the best form to take it in. Basically how do i use the damn stuff. Albuterol has virtually no fat burning potential so don't waste your time. If it did, the FDA would have banned it long ago." Do a search on guys like Meadows and fat burning agents and Albuterol is not even in the discussion. If in fact it was comparable everyone would be using it and as I said before clen use to albuterol use is 100:1 and Albuterol is manufactured for human consumption and FDA approved. T
  16. If the question is related to sodium and hypertension than there is already a heated debate that many flawed studies used to correlate this should be dropped and much more current and accurate information be used. Anecdotally I have dealt with hypertension and sodium intake had zero effect on it. T
  17. There are many publications that describe the role of sodium in the body. Here is just one example. https://www.merckmanuals.com/en-ca/professional/SearchResults?query=Overview+of+Sodium's+Role+in+the+Body&icd9=MM1140 When you say medical books, with regards to what question? How the body regulates electrolytes? You can find that in most medical text books. Its not my opinion this is just how the body functions based on science nothing more. The human body controls water and electrolytes in a specific manner this is not open to interpretation otherwise you would have many peoples health being jeopardized by incorrect diagnosis and improper drug use ie diuretics, blood pressure medicine, sodium or potassium supplementation etc. T
  18. An yes you may gain muscle on less meals but its not maximizing muscle gains. As a BB you have limited time to grow and you want to maximize that by doing what is optimal. Especially being a competitive BB it is essential to try to optimize everything you are doing ie cycle, diet, training, recovery. T
  19. The point is you eat depending on metabolism, and yes most will not grow on 3 meals per day. Most require more food. Keep in mind u cannot store protein so eating regularly is essential. T
