  1. Grapefruit does help with phagocytosis: the scavenging of old red blood cells. Drinking grapefruit juice in conjunction with regular blood donation helped get my ferritin levels down.
  2. Two grams a week is a very mild cycle now? Not trying to be a smart ass, that just seems like a lot.
  3. I've decided that Eq is my favorite. I get good fullness and lots of vascularity, and no sidez at all, mental or physical. I'm a regular blood donor, and I haven't seen my hemoglobin go too high when they test it at the Blood Center on donation day. I like Primo too, but on a cost/benefit basis I get similar results from Eq for less money. Deca makes my nipples leak. Tren makes me sweaty and hostile. So I'm thinking me and Eq are probably gonna have a long relationship.
  4. I ran BPC at 250 a day and it helped me. Next time I’ll run it at 500 and budget for a longer run.
  5. This is super interesting. Thanks for sharing, bro. I thought I was over my always-looking-for-the-next-big-thing wrt joos, but DHB has my interest.
  6. Take it from me, don’t ever inject 1.5cc sub-q. I was fine, but I had a big angry red lump for a couple of weeks.
  7. That's more info than my doc gave me. I honestly don't think I get anything out of it at all, but the doc wants to see a certain number on my bloodwork, so here we are.
  8. I train both at home and in public gym. The quality of the workout I get is all down to me, but there’s not as much eye candy at home.
  9. You sound like you're a long way from being ready to juice.
  10. Cold black coffee with a spoonful of taurine powder stirred into it, a glass of grapefruit juice and a dbol.
  11. That's interesting. I need to read more about this. My normal year-round is 120mg TestE+120mg Masteron, and this summer I added 120-160mg TrenE (it went up because leaving that last .10ml in the 1ml syringe seemed like a waste) and while I got upside out of it I also got the bronchial tightness and that was no fun at all. That was the only significant side, but it sucked. I was thinking about taking it for another ride next month. The increased body heat and ridiculous sweating is annoying, but that's the price you pay for leaning out, I guess. Guys talk about "wet drugs" vs "dry drugs" but I think in my case Tren is a winter drug.
  12. I don't know for sure, but I suspect that thinking comes from the old days before the current UGL scene. I can't imagine why a well established lab would fake primo. A sketchy, fly by night lab? Yeah, but they might fake anything. I ran a very conservative dose of primo for 28 weeks this year. Honestly, I stopped because I was bored, and wanted some excitement in my life. Hello, tren! With primo I didn't really feel like anything was happening. No sides, no anything. Then one day I looked in the mirror and went "HOLY SHIT!" Expensive tho. Reading up about DHB, it does sound interesting. I'll probably try it sometime.
  13. I screwed up my biceps tendons a couple of years ago by going all-in on heavy low rep curls on top of an all ready full menu of back training. That was dumb. It's only now that they're healed enough that I can curl and do chinups without pain again. Now I curl light, high rep, and go for the pump.
  14. It's an rx asthma med. Comes in a pill you take once a day. It's supposed to relieve the bronchial constriction and the tightness in your chest. I doubt it would help with the cough but IDK. Still trying to come up with a convincing lie to tell my GP to get me an rx for it. Failing that I'll pick up a supply the next time I go to Mexico.
  15. My one Tren run was TRT Test (120mg/week) and 120-160mg/week TrenE and while I I did get good results (getting stronger while leaning out) I also sweat like an absolute villain. I'd have the AC pinned in the car so that I could see my breath, and changing my shirt and underwear three times a day. I also had the bronchial tightness. It got better after the first couple of weeks but didn't go away until weeks after I stopped the Tren.
  16. That was super interesting. I experienced the bronchial tightness from only 120mg/week of TrenE. That was the only thing I didn't like. For my next go-round one of my strongman buddies suggested taking Singulair to counteract that.
  17. I have a crazy theory that while specific anabolics don't have a physiological impact on specific food cravings, taking them has a psychosomatic effect, based on the drug's reputation and broscience. When I was on an extended run of Primo all I wanted was green veggies and lean meat. Lots of both, but I just wanted to eat "clean." With Tren, I don't know why but I had wild sugar cravings post-workout. Normally I don't have a sweet tooth at all. Right now I'm only four pins into taking Deca for the first time and I keep rationalizing high-carb, high-calorie foods like noodles.
  18. If you're gonna take Sustanon instead of TestE be sure to heed the wisdom of injecting it E2D. When I used it last year I went E3D and the peaks and valleys from the short ester made me noticeably more emotionally volatile.
  19. So you're taking about 1600mg of T a week and making gainz? Shocking. lol, just being a smartass. I'd be moonfaced and purple if I did that, but I'm glad it's working for you.
  20. Love drop sets, especially using the cable stack, starting heavy and going down the stack one weight at a time.
  21. I used to do it before I got On, but I find that now I literally can't. I just get so HANGRY now if I go more than an hour without eating something. AAS has put my metabolism in overdrive. On the road for my job I have to pack a cooler with sandwiches and protein shakes to make it through the day. When I'm at home I'm snacking regularly on greek yoghurt and other high protein foods. On the bright side, I'm still leaning out even though I'm eating more than when I was unenhanced. If you're able to fast while on AAS without committing murder my hat's off to you.
  22. I like myself a big juicy double burger from Fatburger, loaded on condiments, with a fried egg. Sometimes poutine too, but only sometimes.
