Thank you! I work out around injuries and two major surgeries. I'm also older than most here. Sometimes I'm very tired but I force myself and train anyway.

Chiropractor worked on my neck, trap and shoulder yesterday. I have to take it easy for a few days.

I wear a new pair of New Balance overpronator that I got from work last year (not expensive ones). I should go to a running centre again and get some advice on the appropriate shoes.
