Yes I will be consuming around 4000 calories. I never trained on ketones. 

Ground beef, avocados,sardines, eggs, full fat milk,cheese,almonds will be staple. Thanks for replying, i need more advice .

I have heard that carbohydrates are not really  essential  for muscle growth. But I am not sure
