Diet numbers ?

There's a lot of conflictual info on the internet but i'd like to know what works for you.

(I do know that activity and metabolism varies from an individual to another ...

 would diet differ on aas, as one may say on bulking cycle eat anything in sight ... )

 

Maintenance 

% Carb  / g per pound

% Prot  / g per pound

% Fat    / g per pound

Bulking 

% Carb  / g per pound

% Prot  / g per pound

% Fat  / g per pound

Cutting

% Carb  / g per pound

% Prot  / g per pound

% Fat  / g per pound

Ive been on a cut for a few weeks now with a 1000 calorie deficit.

Prot 45%

Carb 25%

Fat 30% 

 Seeing result and actually gained muscles. But im on post surgery so i just gained back what i lost mostly. 

My body reacts well to those % for now
