gains1996 Posted March 11, 2019 Share Posted March 11, 2019 Currently I’m 197lbs and on a 6 week cut with a very strict diet, I’m fairly muscular and experienced already and I ran test e a few years ago, I’m aiming to cut down to around 180 or so whenever i look cut and have solid abs, then my plan after is to do a cycle with a smart diet to build my dream summer physique without putting on much fat, what would you all suggest I run and for how long? German89 Posted March 15, 2019 Share Posted March 15, 2019 not one hormone is geared to, cutting/bulking, that's diet. i also wouldn't just jump into a 'bulk' ... i would reverse diet, then add gear. and i am not going to suggest anything because, that's all personal preference. you need to figure out what you're doing and pick a hormone and stick to the plan. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
