This is the Second time supposedly my goods have been shipped to me. You need to just quit the BS and the lying. I don’t expect to get anything in the mail from you. You have no integrity otherwise you would treat your customers with the greatest respect and be a person of your word.These are my last comments on this issue. I have used their services for 3 years.  

However, my recent experience has been very frustrating. 

I made an order on September 4th.  Usually I would receive a tracking number immediately and then my package within a week. 

Unfortunately in this circumstance, they were very speedy to confirm my payment; but then completely avoided any follow up.  No tracking number.  No responses to my emails.  Nothing.

I waited a month, hoping I would still receive my items.  I did not. I then emailed on their store and the original two emails I had.  I received a response saying they would look into the issue and ship it out immediately.

I received that response almost a month ago now. No follow up tracking number.  No response to any other emails.  Nothing.  Again.

Please be VERY cautious with this provider now.  I will update if they every actually ship my product or follow up - but this has been by far the worst service I have received from them.

I can post all emails, communication and verify everything, if it is needed as well.

@jovenile With all due respect sir you joined under an hour ago and your first post was to air a grievance with a lab ? When you did not introduce yourself tell us anything about your background, You have no credibility here yet and put this in a public post which was your first strike , You are off to a shakey start my friend. You first contact your lab/rep as you said you did if nothing comes from that contact . Then you move to step 2 contact one of our support staff and if you are not happy with the result from them then move to step 3 Come to one of us on the Admin Team and we can usually resolve most things but you have to use and work the process. Trust me, I'd rather not go through all this headache.  But thank you for the guidance.  

I would be happy to communicate with their support (no reply, even on here), or your support staff if you guide me in the right direction.

Please let me know the contact to your support staff so I can work through the process.

trans does not provide tracking information as weve stated on this board and all the others we are on. However if there is an issue I would be happy to help you resolve it. Send me your order details. Name postal code and products ordered. Via inbox. I will deal with this immediately

Issues seem to be off and on and ongoing. I have had enough myself with most of the suppliers here and am just going to end it for my own peace of mind and leave this board. There are other boards out there where you don’t have to deal with these kinds of issues

I can definitely vouch for this Guardian rep. Very easy to talk to and get orders in with reasonable pricing and really good gear.

Just an update on these guys.  Apparently their pill presser is down (has been for months). I sent them over 400 dollars for some orals in October, and the rep accepted the transfer answered me back a month later explaining the situation, now crickets.  
 

Unfortunate because I’ve used them for Cialis and viagra for years.  

oh well.
