I was curious in the information I have been reading about AI that they cause a lot of joint pain , I have bad joints as is so I don’t want anything that will cause me more pain than I have is there any truth to that information? And if so can I sub proviron for an AI ?

I haven't had any issues with joint pain as result of AI's. I find that winny can cause some joint pain because it can dry up the joints a bit, as winny is good for a tight dry look. I personally run 500mg of test a week  and take .5 mg of arimidex eod and i have no issues with pain. I also highly recommend running an AI if running  higher doses of test 250mg and up.

AI's can cause joint pain as a side effect of crashing your estrogen. Too much estrogen no good, too little estrogen no good. They don't hurt your joints on their own. It's always a fine balance.

Chances are you're not going to get bloods done i presume. That's the only way you can know for sure.

I will be requesting bloods the next time I’m at my doctor, I’m a little older and a little wiser , I want to do it right this time around.
