Salt free BBQ chicken breast recipes?

Recommended Posts

Salt tastes great, but it bloats the hell out of me.

I usually try to do some kind of mix with sambal, chilli flakes, cayenne/red pepper, garlic, ginger.

I like my chicken to be a bit burnt on outside but tender on inside. I either burn it entirely LOL or its too moist soft even on outside...

Any BBQ tips for chicken breast (cut to smaller pieces).

Do you drink enough water? Salt shouldn't bloat you with proper hydration and kidney function.

I'm hyper sensitive 😞

Have you had your kidneys checked?

So if you blanch your chicken briefly the night before, then fridge it, then make sure it comes to room temp before you bbq it...will help in the cooking quite a bit

I don't eat chicken (I'm vegan) but a friend of mine makes a marinade with Mrs Dash type spices and olive oil. She lets the chicken breasts marinate overnight in the fridge.
