Joint issue suggestions?

Other than the basic glucosamine/chondroitin I'm not up to speed on the newer peptides that also might be a help in this area.

Basically I don't have too much pain - shoulders, knees pretty good, but I get some nagging/recurring hip joint pain.

Any thoughts/suggestions on some helpers for this?

Agmatine. But it's hard to find economically in the doses you need to run. It's great for inflammation and chronic issues. You need to take roughly 2.7-3 grams per day and avoid the run of the mil stuff that is full of Arcaine Sulfate. Anything that you see labelled as "AgmaPure", "AgMass", "AgMax",...I think that's all the trademarked names that are pure without the nasty Arcaine Sulfate. Omega 3 Oils are good as well stay away from any other Omegas. Most people are deficient in Magnesium so adding that can help as well but stick with things like Magnesium Bisglycinate, or Malate and away from the Citrate or Oxide which are cheaper but hard on your guts.

When peptides didn't exist Adequan was very popular among bodybuilders.

Before my TKR in July 2018 I had intra articular injections of hyaluronic acid.

The adequan looks interesting.  My old dog might benefit too! Thanks.

I used Adequan for my horse back then.

Intra articular injections are tricky, play safe and see a nurse or orthopaedic specialist.
