a_ahmed
Interesting study from Ergo-Log on a controlled study of fit students who exercised on and off sumac (spice usually used in arab cooking): https://www.ergo-log.com/athletes-who-use-sumac-protect-their-muscles-and-joints.html Now I wonder how to replicate making this myself and trying it, anything that helps with preventing muscle, joint and cartilage break down is a win in my books. Conclusion "The data obtained showed that administration of sumac juice for 30 days induced a significant reduction in muscle fatigue and pain, and enhanced muscle performance among healthy subjects following vigorous exercise interventions," the researchers summarize. "Further research is needed to examine the mechanism by which the sumac can improve collagen fiber degradation.
