Hey, I just re-read my post and I didn't want to come off sounding as harsh as it did, despite this being important!

From my standpoint, as someone whose health has plagued them for a while now, after being a literal ox all my life, I just want you to fully understand how valuable your health is and how far wrong these things can go without a medical expert at least covering your ass at the beginning. Your health is a horrible thing to lose and the fight back for me has been long and hard and is still ongoing. I would spare anyone that if I could.

Cheers.

No offence was taken whatsoever man I appreciate everyone’s comments & concerns & I have an appointment with doctor in a few weeks. Thank you for your input 😎🤟🏼

Cool. I'm not much older than you at 54 and in this day and age we are expected to keep up for a few years yet lol so it's important to stay on top of this stuff. Let us know how you make out man :{)=

What kind of health problems were you experiencing Frank, if you don't mind sharing?

Sheesh, where to start lol.

I have an autoimmune disease that has defied 100% diagnosis so the specialists all just hung Fibromyalgia/Chronic Fatigue/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis depending on which one of the many you talk to. Widespread pain, fatigue, brain fog, like having the flu and the worst moouth full of toothaches you could ever imagine 24/7! I have degenerative spine issues that include Stenosis, Degenerative Disc Disease, Chronic Inflammation/Radiculopathy involving the Sciatic Nerve, Lumbar/Sacrum herniation, basically  from C to S there isn't anywhere left of my spine that is healthy. Some of it is operable with poor expectation for improvment and other parts not at all so the only real mitigation is strenghtening of the core muscles surrounding to bolster. I have 2 tumors at T4 that just showed up about 6 months ago I guess and we are watching them currently but they'l have to open me up to make sure they aren't cancerous in the not too distant future. Right now they are just in a stupid place putting presure and causing me no end of discomfort. Neuropathy, that although identified by one of the top people in the country, the origin is unknown although based on the parts of my body involved, I'm pretty sure it stems from my rather unpleasant childhood, The tests they use to identify this showed a 30% loss of neuro communication in my left arm and around 20 in my right. It manifests in pain and my hands just doing random shit like opening up while I'm holding things lol, I have a lot of platic cups that I drink out of now hehehehe. Severe arthritis in my hands/feet to top it off.

The real kicker is that all of this manifested about 12 years ago, after the auto immune disease, and progressed frighteningly fast to the point where I was being tested for MS because there was a real fear thats what was happening. They still haven't ruled that out but they'll have to knock me the F out before they ever get me to co-operate for another spinal tap/puncture to test.

My old Doc was staying on top of it with me, as best we can, meaning medication to knock down the pain and stims to help with the fatigue. Thank heavens lol that I am severely ADHD (entire life) so it was easy to get scripted and stay on the stim meds lol...When the wife and I moved 2 years ago I lost my doc and for 6 months had no doc and no meds which is when I found out exactly what life looks like without those things. I ended up in the hospital unable to walk, or even wipe my own arse! The hospital peeps worked like crazy to find me a doc that would take me on because of my issues and meds and thats where the road back to what i now consider normal started. That was like 18 months ago and I'm now about 2 or 3 months I think from being back to where I was before we moved. all things considered if everything is kept on top of as it worsens, life is pretty good excpet for mornings, lol...they truly suck after  being stationary all night and pain meds wearing off the first hour of my day isn't very pleasant but after that not so bad, there are people worse off so i count my blessings!

For some reason, if all of that wasn't enough, my hormones went all out of whack, likely due to the autoimmune disease and the meds I take effect them as well so that's how I ended up here, while in my search for answers on how to deal with that part of things myself after my new doc completely unexpectedly refused to continue my Test supplementation, and trying to see an Endo was going to take almost a year for the referral. Obviously I couldnt wait that long lol...

Anyway, like I said, after being an ox all my life I was literally blindsided by all of this and it completely changed my world. Then after the move almost ended it. But I have an awesome woman, who is my rock, and between her and a ton of hard work/stubborness lol...I made it through....and this family here has been a huge part of it! Almost back to normal but again I have to say, like I do to myself every single day, there are those who are so much worse off so I need to be thankful for my blessings and the fact that life is as good as it is!

Did you ever get tested for Lyme?

Yup, one of the 1st things and I also went to the US to get tested as they have a test there that is supposed to be more accurate but every one came back negative.  Same with RA, ALS and a bunch of other shit I can't even remember the names of. Weird fact is that my bloodwork specific to this is almost a dead ringer for Gulf War Syndrome and no one has a clue why that would be and it was I think the 5th or 6th specialist i saw that put me and that together for symptoms.

Oh ya, was tested for Lupus too and Creutzfeldt-Jakob ....We have tried anti-virals up the wazoo as well, all to no effect

So here I am just finished pinning 10 weeks complete running test Cyp 500mg per week first ever cycle. I have taken nothing else during these 10 weeks. My first question is Should I stop now or continue for a few more weeks ? When I do stop do I wait to run my PCT ? I have Clomid 50 & Nolvadex 20 thanks in advance again as you guys have been a godsend 😎🤟🏼

I would go 4 more weeks and start pct the end of that 3rd week and be completely off at the end of the 4th week and you would be into pct but most say wait a week after your last shot, I don’t do that so this is just my method that works for me , do you have any hcg? If not I would get some. You can’t have pct without hcg yet again just my opinion .

It’s really up to you how long you stay on. 10 weeks is a nice, sorta short injectable  cycle. 12 is pretty standard length. And if your still having fun and making good gains 14 weeks like CPDB said is perfectly fine too. Keep in mind the sooner you come off the sooner you can go back on pending bloodwork.

Below is my (Dr. Prescribed) pct protocol. I’m joking about the Doc part, however I did get this from Coach Greg Doucette.

Pct

2.5 weeks after last long ester steroid shot begin HCG (every other day injections)

750mcg eod 4 shots

500mcg eod for 3 shots

250mcg eod 2 shots

Nolvadex/clomid

Start day after last hcg shot

25/25mg Ed for 18 days

12.5/12.5 Ed for 14 days

In my opinion your bloodwork should tell you this.   Everything looks fine, continue for a bit.  Something needs attention,  fix it first.  Things can go sideways and you feel nothing.

Edit:  Said the same thing earlier in the thread,  but worth repeating...

Indeed.

There is a very disturbing wave of people getting on the web places like YT now and pushing this ideology of "if you feel fine then you are fine and bloodwork bah! who needs that" This is wrong PERIOD!

If you look at where this is being said and drill down you can see what is happening and like many many times is the case, it all comes down to some wanker(s) trying to take advantage of weak minded, impressionable, or vulnerable people, in order to earn a buck!

I always rationalize it like this. "No one ever woke up looking forward to their day, had a great breakfast, kissed the wife and kids goodbye, headed off to work with a smile on their face and whistling a happy tune, just feeling thankful to be alive that fine day and feeling like a million bucks...and then...BAMMO...that guy drops dead of a heart attack or a stroke or whatever, out of the blue and completely without warning. Autopsy reveals issues that would have for sure shown up in a routine physical had he just had one but hey, he felt great....That scenario has just never happened has it? Sure it has, many times. Thats why we get bloodwork!

So im all finished up my Test Cyp 500 mg a week cycle and halfway through my PCT of Clomid & Nolva and have been feeling lethagic & lacking motivation. another thing ive noticed is my lackof appetite, i seem to care less about food right now. Looking backon this expierience im really sceptical of the test cyp i purchased from Transpharma as i became fevered and ill for 24 hrs min after every shot which was 250 twice a week. as you can well imagine this put a real damper on my workouts & diet which should have been so much better. I also noticed that i became more depressed as my cycle went on (12 weeks) i find it hard to imagine that this exp is normal with inj of test cyp but maybe im wrong.  id like to continue on from this point but dont want to buy from transpharma is there a better place or somewhere that hasnt let you guys down b4 ?? also any recomendations on a good 2nd cycle to run ?? I'd just like to also say thanks to everyone on here whos been helping me with my journey ive learned so much but stillhave so much more to learn.

There are plenty of other sources out there my friend.

Feeling slightly down due to the lower T levels is VERY normal post cycle, thats why people become impatient and jump back on (not the best idea). I'm not too sure about the side effects you were receiving, could have been a reaction to the preparation could have been your technique... there are many possibilities.

Test flu is not typically associated with the injection itself, it comes from the fact that AAS weaken your immune system and you're more likely to actually develop some type of sickness.

There are so many factors that come into play when it comes to hormones, and how you feel. Having your estrogen levels too high or too low can both create a similar effect; generally speaking that is. Without blood panels the exact information is based off of experience. As well as your timing on a few factors also.

A big question, did you have any type of issues prior to this? Any history of depression or anxiety? A family history of it? Etc.

In regards to the flu like symtoms they were brutal totally killed all my production for 24 hrs min, i mentioned it in an email toTranspharma which i might add was not great at responding said this

"You may be allergic to the carrier oil ? That is all i can think of tbh...We use prefiltered grape seed as the base, its rare but this is possible"

ok so if this is the case and im allergic to  the carrier oil are the other options out there ?

Take care of yourself, some doctors can be a blessing and be very helpful.. others not so much. But at the end of the day they can probably lend a helping hand to you.

And again, in terms of the source there are many different options out there, and as @Vortex mentioned there are also different carrier oils. So don't think this will be your experience with every lab out there.
