New steroid laws for Jan 2020 in China

Recommended Posts

Lot of talk on PM about this and confirmed by a few sources/sponsors

"There is new law in China, steroids will be banned 2020 and all factories will be closed according to the new law.

If all factories closed, we will have no source to get raws. "

This would cause a major disruption and kill off many ugl. Stay tuned..

I honestly doubt it will change much, I see higher prices for a while potentially - but I expect business will go back to normal.

If not, I'm sure other countries will pick up the slack

That said, were there is money to be made, people will always find a work around. The number of things that are "banned" in the PRC but are still in operation is pretty silly.  Just less out in the open. Same as other countries. I do agree we will see some price increases though given the supplier that do stay open will have less competition and higher "expenses" with all the "greasing" they will be doing with local authorities.

Shit gets banned in China ALL the time. Just look at the opioid crisis. It's illegal to make or sell opioids but there's companies that openly still do that and supply raws in the US and Canada. There's such a massive demand for steroids that it will keep continuing. The same people creating laws to ban shit in China are the same people that are in cahoots with the people making the shit.

Chinese government is the most corrupt in the world. They're the biggest gangsters.

Yeah, I'm thinking a few more greased palms and it will be business as usual, maybe with moderate price increases.

I believe this is overhyped. China has agreed to crack down on illegal steroid producers in 2020, not to ban steroids. Believe it or not the vast majority of our raws come from legal suppliers in China. It's not hard at all in China to get approval to manufacture drugs in general let alone steroids for distribution. Illegal producers would be ones manufacturing patented drugs or doing it without a permit. None of our drugs are still under patent in NA and it's so easy to get a permit in China. I believe the patent issue is why they are cracking down specifically in Viagra, Cialis and Levitra.

I know some UGLs have already made some adjustments but as I said before, if your supplier was legitimate this shouldn't impact your raws. Getting a license to produce AAS legally in China is ready, it just takes money. This is the same as all the body rub shit in Ontario. Body rubs are legal, you pay like $10,000 a year for a license. However a homeopathic massage license is like $275. If you give body rubs with the wrong license it's against the law.
