Also another way which lands you roughly in the same spot take the ball of your thumb and put that in your hip bone and pretend you’re using hour hand like a gun pointing it forward. Spread all your fingers out from the index(pointing finger) out and where the tip of your pinky lands, shoot in and around there.

I agree with @ElectricRockerabout the quad location. Easy peezy without the limp after. 

 

In terms of sugar, alittle bit is fine, but the fact is sugar is more addictive than crack; so if we have some semblance of a dependance on it (sadly most of us do to a degree), its hard to keep it small. Now personally I take slbutramine when I'm trying to kick a craving. Although for me my craving is peanut butter. And I'm not talking a spoonful I'm talking the whole container in a sitting

okay just did left delt injection, 1ml, wasnt the greatest . these 25g needles are fucking killing me with how hard i gotta push to get it inside the muscle. this causes alot of pressure and therefore powerful "micro shakes" that i think are the culprit for my PIP. its actually more sore than when i did my bicep. annoying but o well. just feels like someone slugged my delt head on.

how am i coming along guys ?  i’m kinda eating a bit weird. some days i’ll eat lighter like 2000 cals other days i’ll eat 3500 cals , i wanna gain muscle but the fat is being stubborn . should i just cut ona cruise dose after this cycle so i take full advantage of the growth ?

yea i figured it was too low it was about 1.5in off my target downwards, o well. is that why its sore as snow bunny getting some BBC for the first time? shits killin me lmao.

honestly, i got alot of water weight currently, i feel way leaner and stronger. stupid ab area is just what i need to focus on. gonna hit core hard today.

i ate alot of rice , chicken, and 2 tablesppons of soy sauce last night so i think that bloated me up this morning.

 

also keep in mind im not eating to lose fat rn , kinda just recomping, so the muscle changes will be harder to see since my fat level..but still, i feel the fat and muscle ratio is much better, i can do way more bodyweight reps like tricep dips.

im truly jealous, since my last serious ex, i did get a lowkey hoe but kinda treated her too much like a gf and i think thats why she stopped hitting me up. however i did fuck like 15 times so not a loss at all really. its been 3 months tho. dry spell.

Fuck yeah bro. You’ll get it if you want it bad enough. Keep in mind I’m f’n nuts. But here’s two cycles over about 12 months. Just to give you an idea of natural to enhanced lifting and eating big for a year. first two are natural. Next two are enhanced, bout a year between them all. I’m quit a bit bigger and better now. They are old. But should give you an idea of what a normal guy can achieve! Can’t wait to see yours 😎💪

Please look at what @GainTrain pics are showing from natty to enhanced, as well as what he said about eating big, if you want this bad enough you should carry that enthusiasm over to your eating and stop screwing around with it , the food is more important than the gear in my opinion , like soya sauce is just liquid salt man going to make you retain water and bloat you. I eat 5 time’s a day and at least 3 of them contain chicken and I mean real chicken, and or a lean cut of beef , rice , sweet potato , and any fibrous veggies I can stuff down my neck . If you want this all the garbage and processed foods have to go. Don’t half ass your training l have trained legs so hard I puked , sorry man your out of the newbie stage here with us , it’s either shit or get off the pot.  If the boys here beat up my choices for something I’m doing I welcome it it’s a way to learn and grow ! No more bottle feeding you , welcome to the family ! 😋
